Although I have never used another creatine product, I can say that I got lucky with this one. I was at a plateau, so I decided to take it...my bench max went up 50 pounds. Highly recommend. | |

Just started recently and so far i like that I don't have to mix and I don't have to swallow 5-8 horse pills to get quality creatine in my system--give me a few weeks and then i will tell you how good it is--my rating is all 7 until i have a few more weeks on it | |

I started using this creatine about 8 weeks ago and instantly noticed explosive strength gains. Not that I could bench 100 more pounds but my sets were easier to complete and I didnt feel as tired afterwards. Also the first fews weeks I would get an INCREDIBLE pump. In the beggining I had to take a break since my arms hurt so bad from the pump. This is pretty signifigant since I am a personal trainer and have tried almost every popular creatine. I used to use the creatine monohydrate back in the day when creatine came out. The Loading phases and bloatedness turned me off though. I discontinued using creatine for this reason. Recently, I discovered Kre-Alkalyn and tried it. I have noticed sstrength gains and little or no bloatedness. If asked, I would reccomend. Hope this helps | |
