Recommended Alright SR fam, I’ll keep this review relatively short and sweet because there is no need to write a novel about the world’s most widely used (and perhaps abused) stimulant. The main benefit I want emphasize here is that pure caffeine is a valuable asset in any stack because it has endless stacking possibilities and works synergistically with many other stimulants.

------- Ingredients 10/10 -------
There is 200mg of pure caffeine anhydrous in each capsule. Today, I think that with all the fancy pre-workout drinks on the market, a pure caffeine supplement can often be looked down upon, belittled and taken for granted. However, it is still one of the best stimulants around because it is proven to increase mental and physical performance, always works and is relatively safe to use, with few side effects. (Also very cheap for those of us on a budget)

------- Dosing 9/10 -------
Take one capsule in the morning, pre-workout or whenever you need an extra spurt of energy of focus. Needless to say, it is best to avoid taking this within 4 hours of sleeping, as it may make that process difficult. I also highly advise against taking 2 of these pills, as, 400mg caffeine, for most people, may cause dehydration, nervousness and anxiety.

------- Taste 9/10 -------
There is no taste or after burps when I used the pill, however sometimes I broke the pills apart and mixed the contents in liquid for faster absorption and there was a hint of a bitter taste. Mixing with Gatorade or any other flavored drink easily covers this taste up.

------- Effectiveness 9/10 -------
When taken at a reasonable dosage, the effects of caffeine include: the restoration of alertness, increased mental focus and energy and a warding off of any drowsiness. At slightly higher dosages (above 200-350mg), it produced an intense and driven mentality where I was motivated to tear up some weights, and I also experienced moderate appetite suppression effects. At even higher dosages (400mg and beyond), good turns into bad and anxiety, restlessness and jitters were inevitable.

The stackability of caffeine is an area where this stimulant really shines; the possibilities for these combinations are endless, but some of the stimulants that it works very well, and synergistically with include: Yohimbine hcl, DMAA and Ephedrine.

-Caffeine + Yohimbine hcl: use a ratio of approximately 15:1 (Don’t exceed 25mg of yohimbine per day)

-Caffeine + 1,3 Dimeth. For those of you who stocked up on DMAA before it got banned, a ratio of between 5-10 :1 is very effective.

-Caffeine + Ephedrine: 10:1 works very well here.

------- Value 10/10 -------
At just under $7 per bottle (each containing 200 capsules), Scifit’s caffeine is one of the best value pill form caffeine supplements that I could find. For example, a 90 capsule bottle same thing from Primaforce costs the same price as this one. Hence, this product is excellent value and will last forever. Of course, pure caffeine powder can be bought for much cheaper in bulk.

------- Overall 9/10 -------
A pure caffeine supplement is a must have for just about anyone; not only is it a simple and effective mood, energy and focus enhancer, it also serves as an effective thermogenic. Where this supplement really stands out is in its value and ability to work synergistically with other stimulants; there’s a reason why caffeine can be found in every single reliable pre-workout or fat loss supplement.

Recommended i drink a ton of coffee, just straight black coffee..... so i have a pretty high tolerence to caffeine to begin with. the good thing about theese is that i dont have to drink alot of liquids before my workouts, especially the longer ones where i would have to *** partway through. i love that elevated focused feel that caffeine gives me, and at like 6 bucks a bottle, it dosent get much better for the price. yea PWO's like jack3d work better but for the price, naah. like umatkd said, its simple and effective.

Cons:
  • Increased Energy

Recommended The reason I rate this so high is due to effectiveness and and low cost. If this cost $40 a bottle like most energy pills It wouldnt be rated so high. The product is simple and effective. Instead of doing an energy drink or diet pill for energy i'll just take 1 or 2 of these. These do give me energy and I know what i'm taking (just simple caffeine). A lot of energy/diet pills have blends with who knows exactly what. For simple good energy I say these are great. Best of all they cost like $7 a bottle.

Cons:
  • Increased Energy
  • Good Value
