I got this on bb.com as a buy one get one so the value was great. I only did one pack a day which was plenty. As far as effectivness goes, its hard to judge it on a mult-vitamin. But I felt the same as when I took optimen and Animal Pak so i believe this product worked well. It had a very comprehensive vitamin blend. It has 9 pills per pak which consit of a multi, Fish Oil, glutamine, bcaas, calcium and ezymes. It is worth a try if you are getting sick of Animal Pak or the other popular multis. So all in all i would recomend this product if you are looking for an alternative to your orignal multivitamin!
