Launch 4350 circulated around my fraternity house my Junior year of college. Everyone was ranting about how "Launched" you get before you work-out and the extreme intensity you get in the gym. I decided to give it a try. There was a crew of us who took 2 scoops of Launch 4350 every day at around 1 pm during February leading up to Spring Break (gotta get swolE before Cabo!).
Launch 4350 Facts:
-Average cost: $32.99
-Servings per bottle: 45
-Main ingredients: L-Arginine, Caffeine, Creatine, DMAE, Geranium Oil Extract (1,3 DMAA)
-Flavors: Watermelon and Orange Tang
Mixibility and Taste (9/10): I used the Watermelon Flavor. It tasted GREAT. It also mixes just fine.
"Launch Explosive Energy Complex" (9/10): The 1,3 DMAA, the DMAE, and the Caffeine make for an explosive, intense workout. Probably the most intensity and focus I've felt in a pre-workout ever!
"The pump" (5/10): There is just not a great dosage of L-Arginine and Creatine in Launch 4350. There is not a long lasting pump if there is a pump at all. No significant strength gains or endurance.
Negatives:
-ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COME DOWN I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN A PRE-WORKOUT.
-After workouts there would be 4 of us who had just worked out on Launch 4350 who would be lying on the porch of our Fraternity house literally shivering.
-Extreme cold sweats would follow each workout. This means there is just WAY TOO MUCH FILLER STIMULANTS AND CAFFEINE IN LAUNCH 4350.
Launch 4350 is only good for a quick energy boost for a 30-45 min intense workout. After that you will experience a horrible comedown. There is not really any pump or significant strength gains. The value is ok but nothing special.
Fair and Honest,
