Vitamin Shoppe is really the best place to go if you're not a fan of waiting for your packages to arrive. Personally, I loathe shipping times so this place rocks. Very good, low prices, evenly matched by their inventory. The one by my house, the staff is very knowledgeable, the manager actually has a degree in Nutrition so she is always helping out with questions/concerns. Cant say that about other stores but the customer service is fantastic. It blows GNC out of the water, so I would really recommend this place to anyone!

Vitamin Shoppe is a great store. Im surprised i havent reveiwed it yet. I have one where i live and the prices are as good if not better than bodybuilding.com, and i dont have to wait for shipping which is why i shop here most of the time.
Service(9/10)the service of this place is good. Its way better than GNC which is a supp store most people go to when they dont order online. Unlike GNC though they are not constantly trying to sell u their own products, or other products to meet quota. Also mostly all people at vitamin shoppe have at least a hint about supplements while most people at GNC(or mine at least) dont know much.
Selection(7/10)I gave selection a 7 because if i see something on the vitamin shoppe then i expect it to be at the actual store but nope, its not. I went about a month ago to buy some E bol because they had it on their site but they didnt have any. The actual site has a great selection but when i order online its mostly from allstar or bodybuilding so i dont really care about online vitamin shoppe.
Prices(10/10) They have some bada** prices. They are just as cheap as bodybuilding and sometimes a few bucks cheaper. I also dont have to wait for it to be shipped to me.
I definently recommend it. If u have one in or around the area in which u live u should really give it a try if u havent already. This place would be 10/10 but the selection just kills it, there are many other products they have on the site but not at the store. I forgot to mention that they also sell many organic things and more vitamins as well and they sell food like protein oatmeal and protein pancakes. The selection is also better than GNC.

Physical Vitamin Shoppe stores are my preference if I want a supp ASAP. Their prices are much better than GNC.
Here's a tip to save a few $$'s, go to their online site, typically prices are a few bucks cheaper. Print out the page and bring it to the store. They will honor the cheaper online price for all products. If the rep doing the sale says no, ask to speak to the manager and they will honor it.
The staff is friendly and provide good detail pertaining to your needs. If they don't carry a product you can ask the manager to special order something for you. They typically have to carry the line currently to do so.

I have gone to other stores but none compare to vitamin shoppe. I recommend it to all my friends and teammates not only because it is easy and convenient but because it has a tremendous selection and great service. The prices are average but I am a rewards card member and I recieve discounts and coupons which makes it an even better deal. The staff is usually knowledgable and can assit you if you need it.

Vitamin Shoppe was the only place I would buy my supps for a long time. There is one here in ATL that i frequented and the employees were always helpful. Very diversified and great selection. You can beat their prices online at a few sites but for customer service it is hard to beat my local Vitamin Shoppe or their website.

the vitamin shoppe is the best plceto get online supplements (wait!! i know youre saying "well what about bodybuilding.com and gnc!?" so let me explain before you find this review not helpful lol) the prices for vitamin shoppe are usually cheaper than most online places and WAY cheaper than gnc (that's a no-brainer). They also have a VAST AND WIDE variety of supplements to choose from (remember, bodybuilding.com is specialized in BODYBUILDING and gnc is crap)..also, when you order, they make sure your supplements come in safe and secure, as they put stryofoam or bubble plastic around the item to assure safe delivery. In addition to these factors, more things come along into play with the vitamin shoppe..when you order, you automatically recieve a magizine type booklet with supplements, herbs, vitamins, minerals etc, that people are ravaging abouut. they give detailed infiormation on every item also..included in the book are some specials and coupons..
OK, i know your saying "ok thats great", but thats not it!!! when you buy items your recieve points..after you accumulate so many points, you recieve FREE (or discounted) prizes!
the vitamin shoppe is the usplabs of online buying..it is DIRECT, to the point, and has NO FILERS lol..while bodybuilding.com is like muscletech..excellent advertisement and colorful labels, but not much else...

I've worked at the Vitamin shoppe before and i don't understand how people claim the workers don't know anything. Even if i was unfamiliar with ANY vitamin or suppliment, there was a book located in the store which i could look up and the computer i could use ( Webpage made by vitaminshoppe that tells you what a vitamin, herb or any suppliment does, the side effects, if it interacts with any medications and everything it's good for.
As for the review where someone stated there is no sales goal, Of course there is a sales goal.
Ask yourself which store does not have a sales goal, lol
It's a really ehtical company, they don't teach us to lie to customers about products.
I've compared GNC gold card discount to a few products before and our store prices are even lower than GNC with the gold card.
The only complaint about my company is that they pay 8$ an hour, you basically have to learn about everything in the store ( there is a vitamin shoppe university you have to take online classes about products every week ) and customers try to verbally abuse you sometimes and you cannot do anything about it.

Vitamin Shoppe is by the far the best walk in supplement store. For one, their prices are great for a store compared to GNC. Secondly, their sales reps actually know what they are talking about. If I ever need to get something quickly, I just run to Vitamin Shoppe. Of course it will cost a little more in the store, but you don't have to wait to get it in the mail.

I usually buy my stacks of supplements online because it is always cheaper than Vitamin Shoppe or GNC, but for Protein and pre-workouts, I use Gold Standard and Jack3d so their prices are always good and it is easier and quicker to just run over to Vitamin Shoppe to pick them up. They always have what I am looking for and the prices are very reasonable compared to GNC. They have a free points system so at the end of the year you get a gift card for a certain amount you spent, which is awesome. I will always shop at here over GNC any day due to their good prices and the employees can be very helpful and not bother you to death with the products they need to sell for commission. So all in all this is a great place to shop and I highly recommend it.

I usually like to buy my supplements online(mainly from A1Supplements..been meaning to try out Mass Nutrition and BodyBuilding.com) because the prices are almost always cheaper than any store. I wouldn't recommend buying anything online that you could find in store from VitaminShoppe, for one because they will match the online specials in their stores(Tip: ask them to check the internet price). Though many of their supplements aren't aren't as cheap as most Internet sites they aren't that off. I bought some ON 100% Whey from them for $41.. online it runs at about $37-38, which is almost the same when you factor in shipping. They have a good points program where you get rewards at the end of the year. They also have some great deals at their discount table.. I bought some EAS Glutamine Powder on sale for $12 and got $5 off with my rewards bonus. They have a better selection, prices, and service than Vitamin World and GNC(especially GNC). Their employees here where I live in Colorado are nice.. they aren't as pushy and full of BS like a lot of the people at GNC who try to peddle off the most expensive stuff. All in all, I wouldn't recommend buying from them online, but if you don't want to shop online/wait to have your stuff shipped/buy in bulk, then I would recommended physically going to Vitamin Shoppe and checking them out.
