I like this protein powder alot, it mixes well with water and taste even better when mixed in a fruit smoothie. I was just using it to increase my protein intake, but it had the wonderful side effect of suppressing my appetite. I lost 8lbs over a three week period just by mixing a scoop with 8oz of water and drinking it before each meal. I really hope that Costco will carry this product again.
