
Plasma protein cuts hours off your recovery time immediately, its said to promote a healthy immune system most effectively , and from personal experience i can say it really does assimilate faster than any other protien hands down , bare none!And btw, I workout like an ANIMAL... I run, do plyometrics,and resistance training so im exausted when im through. When i get home i have an arizona tea for some basic sugars to spike blood flow and a peptopro/plasma protein shake. The tea keeps me awake, but as soon as the shake hits the stomach you can feel your muscles being fed. And it makes sense, this is partly predigested protein in order for that to happen.
