A great product for gains in size. This 1000g tub has lasted me 6 months and I still have some left. I'm not sure about cycling off of creatine monohydrate so I do every 6 weeks for 1 week just to play it safe. A lot of body builders do not...grind on!

Not much to say here but here i go. this is my 2nd creatine product ever outside of PWO. i dont normally take creatine because my main workout goal is to lose weight and i have to watch my water retention, but using it in a pwo is ok for me. what sets this apart from any other store brand creatine is that it is a monohydrate but it uses Creapure.

although I used this as an ingrediant in a pwo mix i made. i didnt really experiance any real bloting, i was using 5 grams each day.

for the price this really cant be beat. i would recommend this. i cant wait to try other prosouce products.

I have taken this product on 2 different occasions...i only created an account to write a review on this product...it works...i do not even lift weights...i mainly do pushups, pullups, dips, core work and handstand pushups...the gains i received from this supplement...Muscle and Strength wise were enormous...

This stuff works great. I started taking it 2 weeks ago and my strength and mass both increased. I bumped my weight up 20 pounds already and put on 6 pounds. My muscles feel more full and big. It's tasteless too! Definitely the best creatine out there.

once again prosource delivers! high quality at a great price. if this creatine doesnt work for you, your doing something wrong. take with a high carb drink and drink alot of water through out your day. on my 5th tub.

Great value for creatine. I personally stick with just creatine monohydrate because it has the most scientific backing to it. Its been working for my it adding strength and size. After I came off of it I lost some of the weight gain from the water retention loss, but my strength gains stayed. You get plenty of it for the price and it is tasteless which makes it nice for mixing.

I have a used a number of creatines in the past and after switching to this one, mainly due to price and name recognition, I have experienced very positive results. This brand of creatine is potent and inexpensive compared to others I have used. I will continue to purchase this product for my creatine supplement. I would recommend it to anyone looking for effective creatine monohydrate at a great price.
