Before i started taking this product i heard really good reviews from word of mouth. so i figured id give it a try.

pros: lucid vivid dreams, deep sleep. woke up wide awake early, even if i didnt have much sleep. non drowsy, just very relaxed and able to sleep whenever i chose to.

cons: not the cheapest supplement out there. doesnt state how much protodiosin is in the tribulous.

overall: i thought this product was awesome for the sleep i had on it. i tend to go to sleep at about midnight/1am ish and i used to wake up at 11am and just lay around for about an hour. within 2 days after taking z-test, i was so relaxed about 30 minutes after taking it, then fell asleep, have some of the best dreams and then wake up at 730 in the morning, wide awake and ready to go do whatever. no drowsy sides, not groggy the next day. with new info stating that protodiosin being the active ingredient in trib, and newer test Boosters stating how much of it they are getting, it would be nice to see that info on this product. otherwise, id def recommend, especially men with sleep issues.
