Recommended As a preface, I'm giving this product such a high rating for value because I got it for $30 at GNC after I convinced the salesman to take the price down from $70. I was walking around the GNC looking for something I could possibly afford and I was having no luck since everything there was upwards of $70 bucks. I was holding this product when he said he could take Jack3d down to $30 for me, and then he promptly went on about how bad Jack3d was. He told me it would only give me a caffeine buzz and that its awful quality (I was laughing on the inside). He told me that since Jack3d was "so bad" he would knock the price of this down for me to $30. I figured why not for comparisons sake and went and bought this instead, and I'm stoked that I did. Just reading the ingredient profile convinced me that this was a great product: complex carbs only, kre-alkalyn, 3 types of arginine, 3 types on glutamine, caffeine, other stims, glycerol, etc. It also has 30 servings so it would last me upwards of 4 weeks. I bought the Raspberry-Lemonade flavor and it tastes awesome. I would compare it to the Blue-Raspberry flavored Assault with a bit of a chemically lemon aftertaste. It's enjoyable actually. The pumps I got from the product were great, and I took it about 15 minutes preworkout on a bi/tri day. The energy surpassed the Assault and the focus rivaled that I got from Jack3d, so this product performed all around. I'm really glad I got this instead of the Jack3d because it tastes much better and delivers better pumps. This is right behind Assault in terms of Pre-Workouts for me, I love it and recommend it completely.

Recommended Taste-7.5: Nothing too bad with the taste, I could stomach it perfectly fine.

Effectiveness-8: I never felt a whole lot of energy from pumpfuel but I did get good strength gains when I used it. It has 3g of Kre-alkalyn in it and I think that plays a big part. I did get very good pumps from this product too.

Value-6: It's about $60-$70 a tub so its the most expensive PW I've ever bought by far but if you have money to blow, go for it.

Overall Pumpfuel really is a great product, if you have the money to buy it..

Recommended Best stuff I've ever used. I'm skinny and very defined and was looking for more size and definition as well and it has been 3 weeks and my arms are definitely bigger and I have added 20 LBS to my bench. Tastes amazing (ras lemonade) and ready to go 30 min from taking it.

Recommended This is the supplement industries' best kept secret. The pump you get from ths product is effective and lasting. no jitters, no crash, just a great workout. Like having 3 in 1 it combines Kre-Alkalyn, nitric oxcide precursers, and a carb delivery system. If you can afford the price tag this is the best you can get.

Recommended The best preworkout I have ever taken hands down! Pumps and vascularity were ridiculious, and its one of the few pre workouts out there that will help you build strength. Pump Fuel is not overloaded with stimulates, it provides and nice smooth energy with a glycerol and waxy maize delievery system to Drive nutrients such as arginine and citrulline into your muscles. Not expensive at all, the GNC I go to does everyday discounts so I always save 20 percent or they usually offer a BOGO deal on the Pump Fuel. Must have product for anyone trying to build strength and muscle.

because usually only franchise GNC's carry this product, and always give 20 percent on these types of products. Which brings the cost per serving below 3 dollars, and its an incredible product, not crammed with magneisum and alkaloids

Recommended well this is my first review on a supplement so lets put it nice and easy.First i went today to GNC got my gold card and got a 20% off on the supplement i have taken many supplements and the best to this day is Platinum Pump Fuel trust me.

overall:great supplement i recommend it becuase im 16 years old and im in the age that i want to be jack like a 25 years old guy!

effectiveness: great pump gets you in to a great adrenaline for a great workout or pre-workout.

taste:it comes in a couple of flavors i recommend raspberry lemonade good taste to it.

side effects:nothing sence the start of me taking the supplement has happend to me but not everyone has the same body so this or anyother supplement may vary.

other comparicins: this is a great supplement beats NOexlpode! but both are great Muscle Builders.

value: to me its cheap becuase of the GNC gold card other then that its expensive but come on the gold card only cost 10 dolars apply today.

like it says on the jar drink 30 min. before workout and dont drink 4 houts before bed timeand no more then 2 servings in 24.I hope you new pump fuel consumers like this supplements cuz i shore do. and that part that says dont drink under ages of 18 hey im 16 nothing has happend to me ever sence i started drinking it.

bro, maybe you should focus a little less on working out, and a little more on learning how to read and write. I feel like I'm reading a review from a retarted kid, learn how to spell man.

Recommended ok im 15 years old and have been working out for 7 months. i started taking pump fuel 2 months ago. because i got tired of M5-EXTREME and wanted something better when i stopped taking m5 i benched 130 and curled 30 pound dumbells. now that ive been using pump fuel i bench 180 and curl 45s. im not bull ***ting i work out 4 days a week for allmost 3 hours and when im done i take 100g of 100% Whey protien witch it tells you to take 1 scoop i take 5 and i also take 2 scoops of casein protien before i go to sleep. the protien pays off. with this stuff i make guys 20 years older then me look like fouls

you shouldnt be taking all the protein within one shake. your body can only take in what it can break down. eventually your going to just pee that protein out and its a huge waste of money. and casein is a bigger waste of money because you can go to a grocery store and buy chicken breasts for $5 and thats slower digesting then casein protein. and i was looking at ur profile... try taking ur creatine after your workout with an insulin spike such as grape juice. your muscles crave the glycogen in sugars after your workout and the insulin drives the creatine to your muscles faster. not trying to bully just advice. hope it helps

Recommended I used to weight lift, then went through 2 rounds of P90X and am currently doing the INSANITY! workout. I you want increased focus, more energy, great pump, something with Kre-Alkalyn, to power through your workouts, and MONEY IS NO ISSUE, than this product is perfect! My veins were popping, my muscles were huge and I was blasting through my workouts while on Pump Fuel, the HUGE downfall is how expensive it is. When there are products out there such as CTD Lab's Noxipro that can give you the same results minus the Kre-Alkalyn I just don't think spending that extra dough is worth it. But still a good product and does what it's supposed to.
