Like many people on SR.com, I rarely give all 10s for anything. I've had these for awhile but haven't wrote a review for these.


This product is truly excellent, as simple as it is. Before I got the PP, I could bust out 50 pushups non stop in a row. Then when I tried to do it with the Perfect Pushup I got to 15 and was like DAMN. I've always been a fan of pushups, the pump they give, and how they can really shape ones chest. Even sometimes on chest days I replace bench press with weighted pushups just to shock up the muscles a little.


Now after using this for a total of 6 months, I can honestly say it's helped my overall chest development and then some. Now I can bust out 80 regular pushups in a row, my bench has gone up a good 15 lbs, and my triceps and shoulders are a alot more defined.


I recommend this to everyone, its perfect to get down and workout anywhere, hell I even bring mine to the beach with me.

This product will burn the hell out of you. It is an awesome muscle worker that will have you toned up faster than normal pushups. You Engage more muscles and smaller muscle groups while balancing your body. You will be able to go deeper with your pushups which will allow you to gain strength faster, more efficiently.

The price was very good which is why i gave the value a 10/10. In this case, I would say its cheap enough to have no matter what. The construction is not flimsy and will last a while. Mine are still going strong, ive had them for months and i dont expect them to break soon.

As compared to my results doing regular pushups, last time I started to cut. I found myself increasing the amount of pushups I can do at a much faster rate while using the Perfect Pushup.

Anyways, I give it a 9/10 because I just don't see it replacing regular pushups for practical purposes that require your muscles in your arm to get used to flat palm pushups. Otherwise it is a fantastic product and I recomend it to anyone wishing to make faster gains.

Im a person that moves around alot and I have a very busy life,and anything lightweight thats effective I love to have.These things are awesome,theres about a million different kinds of pushups you can do and its not dangerous,no impact,great for muscle control toning and quick workouts anywhere you have space to do a pushup.I got these on sale at GNC for 15 bucks along with the Perfect Pullup.

Wow. thats all i should have to say about this workout. the results you get from this is unreal. in the first workout you will definetly feel it in the morning(if you do your best). this is very easy to use and very effective. i got serious results from using the Perfect Pushup and anyone that has used the Perfect Pushup knows just what i mean. thanks for reading.

I've had really good results with the Perfect Pushup. When i first saw it i was not sure it would work and sure enough it DID WORK. I like the fact it allows you to go down further than regular pushup position. It also works a number of upper body muscles better than regular pushups. This also really improved my bench press alot. When they first came out they were pricey but now you can find them for $20-$30 really anywhere.

Once again, I hate giving all tens, but this product definitely earned it. I bought these before I bought the Perfect Pullup, and I absolutely love them. I actually bought the basic version first, and became fully addicted to doing pushups anywhere there was floor space. Needless to say, my upper body thrived. I enjoy these damn things so much, I bought the travel perfect pushup to bring with me whenever I travel away from home. First of all, I am old school when it comes to pushups, and wasnt sure if I would enjoy these things. That being said, they are more comfortable, provide a better range of motion, hit more muscles (i/e stabilizer muscles) and youll get those striations in your shoulders and chest that youve been looking for. The cool part is, you can watch your TV, and squeeze out endless sets of pushups. If youre a pushup guy like I am, you know how enjoyable that "push up pump" can be. A couple sets on the perfect pushup and trust me, you are going to have a very nice pump going from your lats to your traps, and your core will strengthen. Honestly, for the price, youll work out more often, see noticeable gains in mass and strength, and you can do it all at home. My crew and I have contests to see who can do the most, and on game days or fight nights, we go 20 pushups per beer. Big Ron's record is over 600. No lie. For a long time, Ive used these things with great results, I hope this review turns some of you guys onto a product that can really help you out in achieving your goals. I highly recommend these, and if youre up to it, the Perfect Pullup with the Ab Straps really rounds out the set. Together, these two products are amazing.
