ehh...its an okay product. Optimum definitely has a lot better supplements to offer. I'd rather have a normal Whey protein shake than this stuff. I had the vanilla custard flavor and it wasn't very good. The shake was thick and I had trouble getting it down. Very pricey, definitely not worth it.I would much rather eat food than this.

This is a great product. I make a shake every day in between meals. I use a heaping scoop of this stuff, one banana, 6 frozen strawberries, and about 8 oz of milk and mix it all up in the blender. Taste is great! Good balance of nutrients. I buy the 7lb bags from AllStarHealth (See links above).

Been using this stuff for almost two years now and it is a good product. I buy the 7.6 lb bag with shipping from AllStar Health is around $64 bucks. Cheapest place I have found over the long run. Looking to try just the whey protien rather than the Meal only too see if I can get more servings at about the same cost and skip the carbs and vitamins that are in the Meal. Looking at Dymatize - any comments on that stuff? I looked at the reviews and it was rated OK for the few reviews there were. But the ON Whey Gold Meal is good stuff.
