Depends on how you use it. Protein supplements were developed ideally on the post workout dose. Whey protein is fast digesting and meant to be taken within 30 minutes after a workout. You may know all this. The difference is, Hydro whey contains hydrolyzed whey peptides which is the most advanced and fast digesting protein on the market. The hydro whey is also very high in aminos which is key for building muscle. The Gold standard is your "standard" whey protein which can also be used post workout but will not deliver results as fast as hydro whey. Both are solid protein supplements but if you had the money to choose, you would wanna by hydro whey for post workout and Gold standard for meal replacements.
