 fairly simple and basic product. i've been taking this product for a while, so i thought i'd write some type of short simple review.i dosed just 1 soft gel daily with a meal & each soft gel provides 1000mg Flaxseed Oil (Omega 3, 6, 9). i can't say i noticed a huge difference when taking this, maybe slight improvement in joints & skin. probably could have better results if i upped the dosage, i possibly will in the future. i really just take this for daily maintenance and the benefits it provides, such as (i'm sure there's other benefits i forgot): increases the body’s metabolic rate making it easier to burn off fat, Helps to lower cholesterol levels and fights against heart disease, improves joints and reduces swelling. value is great, i order mine from AllStarHealth.com - 100 soft gels for $5.15 & 200 soft gels for $9.00 i'd recommend this product to anybody looking for something basic, cheap and high quality to add to their stack to help with daily health and maintenance. stack this with Optimum Nutrition Fish Oil soft gels for even better results.

| Reply #4: | Bout summed it up on flaxseed bro. A perfect review for such a product. Short and simple and still explanatory. I dosed mine 3g a day on my cutting phase throughout the spring and summer. |

Good supply of omega fatty acids. I was never a fan of the Fish Oil pills. Heard bad things about trace amounts of mercury. I'll stick with flax seed.
