 This is an excellent product for the lifter on a budget. It is high quality, tastes great and mixes easily in water. I experienced only mild GI problems (the usual gas) from this product. I will continue to utilize this product because it has the most bang for the buck. I have been lifting for years and using supplements for years and this is the best Whey I have utilized in that time frame!! Results are great while I have used this product. Recovery is good and it also works great as pre/post workout ingredient!!

If you want fast obsorbing protien.this is the best TASTING and EFFECTIVE shake thats out there I use it with FAT FREE milk and the taste is great and keeps me very solid and lean
