 hey everyone another ON review. I picked up a box of this over the summer cause it was the only bar i could think of that i could order and it wouldnt melt before it got to my door. Price=8 24 for the box, its pretty average. taste=10 i got the vanilla and it tasted very similar to a rice krispies treat. a little bit of an after taste though. profile=8 only 260 cals with 40 from fat which is very good, it has Soy Lecithin listed twice which i didnt like. 25g of protein which is low considering the average for good bars are around 30. carbs are ok and its pretty low on sugar. its still the lowest cal bar that i could find which is awesome. effectiveness=9 i used this as meal replacement as i do most bars, because of the extra starch this did make me feel more full than most. also because there is no chocolate coating its good for summer. Overall i would recommend this to just about anyone. if you can find this on sale id snatch some up.

| Reply #4: | I disagree with u 2 kris and chi. I Want to limit my shakes and use foods. Bars are a perfect on the go solution. No Carb low fat. Great for in between meal snacks. |

 I was not a big fan of these bars. They have a great nutritional profile, but I just did not like the taste. They are also pretty pricey and therefore I personally will not get them again. They are great to use throughout the day for convenient protein, but for the price, I will get protein bars that I like the taste of.

these things rock. ive tried other bars; Pure Protein, cliff bars, power bars, etc. 26g of protein, 7g of sugar with no sugar alcohols, and 2.5g of fat. got the marshmallow ones and they taste like rice crispie treats with white choclate chips. amazing. they are also not small bars like the Pure Protein ones either. ill have half pre wo and the other half at about half way. if there is one con to these, its that they maybe taste too good and you'll be tempted to eat too many at once. they arent cheap either, paid 28$ for a 12 pack at Vitamin Shoppe.

i didnt have any problems with these bars. they have a good profile as all O.N products do and they did what they were meant to do, give u protein and carbs through out the day. whenever i had the money i buy then from the O.N website but they are a bit expensive but i am huge fun | |
