Recommended I take a soy protein because it is so low in calories, fat and carbs. Soy protein is often lacking in a body builders diet so I just added into my day with my Whey protein. I have once shake after my workout, after my weight gainer. One scoop in 8 oz of fat free milk. I use the strawberry and it tastes great! I'll also have a shake before I go to bed. It's easy to do because of how light the protein is. Hope you enjoy!

Maybe Recommended sorry every one.i'm not good review in supplement

I intend to use this product to help lower my LDL's. I used it for the first time today. It seemed to mix well despite it's dusty attributes. It is very bland and chalky I would sugggest mixing it with fresh fruit or milk for better flavoring and texture. Soy has phytoestrogens
The chocolate however is. Futher research led me to the FDA.gov site and I found out that... The termnatural flavor ornatural flavoring means the essential oil, oleoresin, essence or extractive, protein hydrolysate, distillate, or any product of roasting, heating or enzymolysis, which contains the flavoring constituents derived from a spice, fruit or fruit juice, vegetable or vegetable juice, edible yeast, herb, bark, bud, root, leaf or similar plant material, meat, seafood, poultry, eggs, dairy products, or fermentation products thereof, whose significant function in food is flavoring rather than nutritional. I'm going to spend a little more and try the Sun Warrior RAW VEGAN. hope this is helpful

Recommended well everyone this is my 2nd ON protein ever. I chose this to continue my search for the best overall protein. this didnt win but it was good non the less. I have tried beef, whey, casein, egg, and wheat. with so far wheat is winning but thats a story for another day.

mixability=8 not bad but you should put a little more water than recommend cause u get a few clumps.

taste=7 I got the strawberry and it wasnt by far the worst tasting protein i have ever had but it was still a little bad. i dont really see a problem chugging this down.

price=10 got a 2lb tub for 12bucks online. now you really cant beat that.

profile=9 with only 1.5g of fat and 2g of carbs with 25g of protein per serving makes this an excellent protein for weightloss and it has a decent amino profile to boot.

this is also an isolate which means its pretty pure. and i have some digestive problems with some cheap proteins. i didnt get anything negative from this at all.

The problem i had with this when i first took it was people told me that soy raises estrogen. but thanks to a lot of fine people on this site i found that to be untrue about the Protein Isolate in general.

I recommend this product to anyone looking for a lowcal protein supp. obviously this is great for vegans or anyone looking to leave whey for a month lol, also for people on a budget. oh and THE TASTE ISNT REALLY THAT BAD. try egg protein first and can drink almost anything. For the price and quality i will go back to this again in the future.

Maybe Recommended "By far the worst tasting Optimum protein that I've ever tried...that said still tolerable. The upside is that it has a great value and super low cholesterol per serving".

Recent studies have shown that a scoop of Soy Protein in your whey, casein, or blended protein can actually help you build muscle.

The whole soy causes estrogen thing was blown way out of proportion. That has since been clarified. The fact is it actually helps with the good estrogen (but on a very minimal level).

My point is as bad as you say this taste why not just put a scoop into your other shake drake.
