
After getting this system, i'm disappointed. I'm by no means a hardcore bodybuilder, just an college athlete wanting to bulk up.
The workout system provided makes sense (high weight, low reps) if you want to gain mass. However the diet system is UNREALISTIC.
It wants you to eat seven BIG meals a day. Not only do I not have time for that nonsense (school and work will not allow me four lunch breaks a day, lol), I don't have the money.
I have been on this system for a week and haven't seen jack for results. Maybe because i'm not following the exact diet?? But who can?? I lift well and hard, and take the supplements exactly as it says.
Oh yeah, it's really expensive.
Don't be fooled by expensive, shiny supplement stacks in big boxes, like i was :( From now on i'm keeping it simple with protein shakes.
