Recommended This product added size and strength. No question about that. The Anaval pumps you up big, but is temporary as with any No2 product. I am bigger and stronger after taking the full cycle of the product. This product worked better than anything I have ever tried. I will definetely use again.

Recommended This supplement worked great. Its a little more than others but I thought it was better quality, and worth the small premium.

Recommended this set gave me a BIG increase in size and strength. More than i ever would have ever achieved without it. It really helped me to blast past my plateus. the book's diet plans are a little rediculous, but who said you have to follow it EXACTLY to get the gains you want?

Recommended this product worked awesome for me.. i am a college baseball player and was looking to add a few pounds.. i started at 180 and bulked up to 192.. this was of course with the help of creatine and protein, but still.. i busted through my plateau of being stuck on 225 for 8 reps and am now putting up 315 for 4-5 reps.. this stuff is awesome if you follow the guidebook.. you can skimp a little on the diet just dont eat anything ridiculous, and be health conscious.. i just bought another box of it and cant wait to get it started

Recommended I have been trying to gain mass for a while because I am anemic. Very hard for me to gain mass but with the Mass Cycle, I love the hell out of it so far the best stuff i have ever used. Exploded my arms after workout and packed on 10lbs. of pure mass after cycle. Definite re-use again, no doubt about that.

NOT Recommended A little over two weeks into the system now. I'm seeing my muscles gain mass... but not much. In fact, even if I wasn't on this system i'd probably see the same results, just because I've been lifting hard. Like I said, this is a huge disappointment.

NOT Recommended After getting this system, i'm disappointed. I'm by no means a hardcore bodybuilder, just an college athlete wanting to bulk up.
The workout system provided makes sense (high weight, low reps) if you want to gain mass. However the diet system is UNREALISTIC.
It wants you to eat seven BIG meals a day. Not only do I not have time for that nonsense (school and work will not allow me four lunch breaks a day, lol), I don't have the money.
I have been on this system for a week and haven't seen jack for results. Maybe because i'm not following the exact diet?? But who can?? I lift well and hard, and take the supplements exactly as it says.
Oh yeah, it's really expensive.
Don't be fooled by expensive, shiny supplement stacks in big boxes, like i was :( From now on i'm keeping it simple with protein shakes.

Recommended ok what i have to say is i have not yet taken this product but i work at GNC and i am an amature body builder. from what i have researched on this product and reading alot of reviews i from other sites i beleive it will be a good product. I dont recomend this product for really any one under 21 and thats probably even too young. the thing is your messing with your hormones. you wanna be dependent of supps your whole life then fine. but i say if you have experience with lifting ( i mean good lifting experience not just days here and there) and research your stuff then i can see how this will work. i will be buying this in the next couple days and will post back with my results

Recommended This is the best stuff I have ever tried. When I started the 3 week cycle I was weighing in at 180 pounds and I went all the way up to 195 pounds. On bench I went from reppin 250x5 to 250x9 and my max went from 285 to 315. I also had big improvements in all my other lifts as well. But while your on this Mass System you have to eat a lot and drink a ton of water. Cant wait to order my next cycle. One more thing the T3 will increase your libido!
