 I purchased this for in between meals and or after intense workouts. I feel while it is a tasty product, it is a bit overpriced @ $59.99 for 5lbs. If you have the money to burn I would recommend this product as it is very good quality. Sometimes you get what you pay for and this product I feel is worth it if you have cash burning a hole in your pocket.
