Maybe Recommended There is green tea in 99% of every weight loss supplement and swansonsvitamins.com has this stuff CHEAP!

over all 6 I did feel some energy pick up when I was on this and was trying to cut some fat along with a low carb diet and didn't feel it helped me lose any extra fat from my regular cutting diets in the past. When I was done with the bottle I did notice I had a headache and felt tired. Green tea does alot for the body other then fat loss that you don't really 'see' or 'feel' but I still wit pure Matcha powders now.

Recommended ok guy this is the trick, you need to split the doses(400mg.) per pill. I take 1 morning, 1 afternoon, and 1 at night and is been great for me, combine with caffeine pill and BOOM!!!! just perfect...try it and give it some time till you body react to it.......KING X
