
I've tried a months worth of Endothil and it must have been 4-5 years ago. I probably didn't get the max benefit because I didn't follow their exercise routine exactly. I did 2 closely knit muscle groups a day being chest and triceps one day, back and biceps another......etc. trying to work them to exhaustion. What I can say is that I noticed that my muscle memory in particular has always been good but after Endothil its amazing. Even to this day I feel like they bounce back in mass and strength very quickly. I think I'm going to give it another go. The other thing I notice is the people who say it don't work are usually taking 10 different supplements! How can they be sure Endothil isn't working? Take just endothil before you work out and
