NOT Recommended Another review,

Well it is difficult to review a multivitamin in the sense of effectiveness. Since you don't really "feel" the effects of it; however, certain things about the frat pack actually make you feel somewhat of a difference in your overall well-being feeling; nonetheless is does have some discomforts.

Effectiveness(7/10): I am going to be honest with you guys, I am not a multivitamin-type of guy. Although, I never forget to take most of my supps. I tend to leave the multis on the side and hardly ever take them. However, for the sake of the review I took this multivitamin every day.

The first couple of days I started taking this, I really was not feeling anything like energy, focus or recovery. However, as the days went by I started noticing much better energy throughout the day, nothing like feeling like a squirrel, but just feeling better - in mood and energy levels.

The whole focus thing is not really that noticeable, besides from the fact that you do feel better, there is no real change in the way I felt mentally. Other aspects like immune system enhancement are not really measurable because you have to get some blood work done for this and the ingredients for liver protection seem somewhat underdosed, even the milk thistle, which could just be herb powder with very little extract form..

Here is where the Frat Pack goes downhill. I don't know which one of the ingredients in this supplement has this side effect or maybe is just the combination of all them, but I could not stop burping with this. I constantly felt like I had to burp and they all smell like the frat pack. This was really uncomfortable, but once it subsides (about 3 hours in) you feel much better. I never felt this with any other multivitamin, this is a first for me.

Taste(4/10): I hate rating pills on taste because you are just supposed to swallow them, not chew on it, but this pills tasted horrible. It seems like they have no coating and they are dry as it can get. As soon as you put them in your mouth they stick to your tongue and the bitterness sets in and does not leave until you eat something acidic like grapefruit juice.

Dosage(6/10): 1 pack a day with a lot of pills, not extremes amounts like the animal pak, but still a lot. Especially if you are already taking other supps, this just make your stomach feel like a pharmacy.

Sides/Cons (5/10): The burping was pretty bad for a good couple of hours after taking it; it is a little ironic that it has a digestion complex, but it seems to do the opposite. Also, those damn pills are very hard to swallow. They are not coated with anything and they are very dry. They taste horrible and you can only chug them down with juice because water does not really make them smooth; it just helps them get disolved on your mouth which is a big NO NO. In addition, they need to fix the packing of the pills. They are very easy to open, but a little too easy. I would sometimes take a pack with to take later in the day, but they will always open in my bag, pants or jacket. I had a couple of the packets opened inside the container when I got it on the mail. Besides that, I had not side effects.

Value(5/10): It is not expensive at all and it does have for a month supply, but you cannot find it anywhere but amazon.com and their site which is priced at $29.99. Not really bad for a month supply, but you get the Animal Pak for 44 days for about $26.00.

Overall(5.4/10): I seriously don't think this is a horrible multivitamin, although it scores low, it is not because it doesn't work because it still needs more work on its delivery system, packaging and perhaps ratio of ingredients or ingredients on their own. The Frat Pack does give you energy and it makes you feel much better, but I seriously hate how hard it is to swallow those damn pills. I usually take them on a empty stomach in the morning and the taste makes me wanna throw up. Pills should not be tasted by any means, the packaging needs to stay closed regardless of where its at and there is something in it that may cause digestion disturbance, they need to figure out what ingredient may be causing this.

NLA is a fairly new company and although their PWO seems like it left a really good impression on respectable members from SR, this multivitamin really felt short with me. They still need to work on a lot of things with this supplement. It is definitely not the supplement to use as the face for your comapany. At least in my opinion, even though it works decent, this multivitamin, at this moment is not worth it.
Pros:
Cons:
  • Replenishing
  • Increased Energy
  • Tons Of Antioxidants
  • 5 Grams Of Bcaa
  • Hard To Swallow Pills
  • Packaging Is Mediocre
  • G.i. Disturbance (burps)
  • A Lot Of Pills(if You Care)

Nice review. I don't mind the taste of the pills and I've not had any burping issues, but then again I'm a man. Must be a woman side-effect issue.

Recommended As I have prefaced my other reviews this was my stack while on frat pack: suppd and tblast by nla performance, costco fish oil, optimum gluatamine, and 5htp by natrol.

Value: 8/10
I bought frat pack, suppd, and tblast for 80 bucks which isnt bad at all.

Ingredient profile: 20/10
Best ingredient profile I have seen in a multi vitamin. For us old folks liver cleansers come in handy while taking a bunch of supplements. Each pack has a full dose of milk thistle and other herbs to promote a healthy liver.

Each pack has 5 grams of BCAA which is the most appealing thing about frat pack. I took one before and after every workout while stacking xtend intra workout.

Every pack has a pretty hefty antioxidant blend and of course a bunch of vitamins and minerals.

Energy Levels: 10/10
My energy levels were peaked during my month on my stack. My recovery and strength went up substantially as well as my intensity in the gym (not sure what the intensity was from but it was one of the supplements I was taking.

Overall: 10/10

With vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, liver cleansers and a full dose of Branched Chain Amino Acids, NLA did it right again. Great product. BTW, I forgot just FYI its 7 pills per pack.

Cons:
  • Lightning Piss

Recommended So pumped when I found out about the 'FRAT PACK.' I'm in a fraternity at University of Alabama, I work out seriously everyday (I have even competed in NPC junior physique competitions), and plan on attending law school after graduation from 'Bama. I was reading up some of the reviews about this and saw the FRAT PACK giveaway on SupplementReviews.com Facebook page. I decided to give it a shot and was more than pleased with this products effectiveness (for being a multivitamin supplement), its value (has a huge dosage of milk thistle per pack) ,and how convenient it is for university students. I saw some people hating on this product but being an athlete, a frat guy, and a serious student, I could not appreciate this product more.

I got my FRAT PACK for free when I ordered the whole NLA performance Ultimate Stack which is $82.98 for their all natural test booster T-BLAST and SUPP-D, their pre-workout. FRAT PACK is normally $29.99 on the NLA Performance site for 1 pack a day for 30 days. Animal Pak on supplementwarehouse.com is $22.49 for 44 packs so that is about $.50 a pack. FRAT PACK is $.99 per pack so it is more expensive but again, it is a different supplement than Animal Pak.

The ingredient profile of 'FRAT PACK' is too extreme to list out but it contains 5 grams of BCAAs, Milk Thistle to cleanse your liver, a ton of multivitamins, a ton of antioxidants derived from freeze dried fruit/vegetable extracts, and a ton of mental focus agents.

Again, I know it sounds silly but in college we do go out a lot, especially going to a major SEC school we party on game days (if you have anything bad to say about that I could careless and you haven't lived till you experience one). I definitely felt myself waking up more focused, not hungover, and ready to workout and do school work on Sundays. Instead of taking a day to recover, I am able to wake up fresh each morning. The hangover curing properties of FRAT PACK are legit.

I was taking Optimum Whey and a BCAA supplement while on FRAT PACK so I could not really tell how effective the BCAAs alone in FRAT PACK were so I cannot comment on that.

My health was great the whole month on FRAT PACK. Like I mentioned earlier there is a huge vitamin and antioxidant profile, so when you are an on-the-go person, the FRAT PACK really helps your body get the nutrients it needs.

Cons:
Pills are a bit tough to swallow. It is slightly overpriced but nothing crazy that you should be shunned away from the product.

Pros:
Cons:
  • Tons Of Antioxidants
  • Tons Of Vitamins
  • 5 Grams Of Bcaa
  • Replenishing
  • Increased Energy
  • Good Value
  • Milk Thistle
  • A Lot Of Pills(if You Care)

Recommended After trying 'SUPP-D' by NLA Performance I decided to give their all-in-one supplement pack 'FRAT PACK' a try. 'FRAT PACK' is supposed to be that 'everything in the world is in this supplement' type deal that builds muscles, increases mental focus, enhances immune system function, all while detoxifying your body. I am a pretty busy person and am up at 4 am most mornings because though I am a west coaster I am on east coast time for work. I must say this product REALLY DOES WORK! Not to mention your pee is lite up so you know it is packed with a ton of vitamins.

I purchased 'FRAT PACK' for $29.99 on the NLA Performance website. Again, like a complaint about 'SUPP-D,' this product is not widely available or distributed.
Value (10/10): With a full serving of vitamins, antioxidants, 5 grams of BCAAs, Muira Puama, and about 475 mg of Milk Thistle, you cannot beat the value of FRAT PACK. You take one packet of 7 pills a day, I took mine at about 5 pm everyday before transitioning from work to gym mode.

Effectiveness (8/10): I definitely felt a difference in my focus throughout the day. I am not a huge partier or weekend boozer so I really had no use for the liver cleansing, hangover curing aspect of it but I felt more fresh and cleansed. Like I said I am a busy person and don't always have time to get in all my vitamins and antis so the 'FRAT PACK' was a great supplement to complement my lifestyle. You can really feel the 5 grams of branched chain amino acids. I woke up each morning feeling energized and ready to not only attack my day at work but crush the gym when time came. The 5 grams of BCAA helped me recover after hard workouts and help my muscles grow.

'FRAT PACK' is a "daily potentiation" supplement that is supposed to help you reach your mental and physical potential day in and day out. These are the different compounds in 'FRAT PACK' that help you do this:
-Vitamin Matrix: Basically every vitamin and more you can think of.
-Brain Potentiation Matrix: Inosine Phosphate, Royal Jelly Choline to name a few.
-Digestion Support Matrix: Inositol, Betaine HCL, PABA to name a few.
-Liver Protection Matrix: Milk Thistle, Fo Ti, Green Tea exract, etc...
-Muscle Building Matrix: Muira Puama, 5 grams of BCAA, Creatine monohydrate to name a few.
-Immune System Support & Antioxidant Matrix: a ton of antioxidants derived from freeze dried fruit & vegetable extracts.

Cons: The pills are a tad bit tough to swallow but so is Animal Pak. Get used to it.

Love the product and definitely would recommend this to others.

Fair and Honest,
GodofSerbia1

Recommended It's about time for a supplement to come out that is really aimed toward university students. I had to get me a FRAT PACK by NLA Performance after coming across the AD on BrosLikeThisSite.com. Looks like I'm the first reviewer of this product and this is my first review on this site. NLA Performance encourages to write a review on SupplementReviews.com upon completion of the whole product. Well I finished my month supply so here you go NLA:

The value is unbeatable. Frat Pack contains a huge vitamin profile, 5 grams of BCAAs, antioxidants, and Milk Thistle to cleanse your liver!

I am currently in graduate school at UCLA and was in a fraternity in graduate at cal state long beach. This product really allows me to maintain focus and energy throughout the day, build muscle after workouts, and receive all essential vitamins and minerals because God knows its hard to get all proper nutrients from university campus food.

Frat Pack is $29.99 for a month supply. You take one packet a day. There are 7 pills a packet to swallow somewhat like Animal Pak. Frat Pack really lights your *** up so you know it's working!

I highly recommend this product to anyone. It's a great daily vitamin pack that helps your body detox all while building muscles via the 5 grams of BCAAs per packet!

Enjoy!

Recommended This was a fantastic product. I took it in place of my usual multi-vitamin for the past month and I've literally never felt better in my life.

I was under an extremely daunting work schedule and this product was one of the only reasons I was able to get through it. Gave me energy, and every morning I woke up I felt replenished.

This coupled with Supp-D are definitely the best pre-workouts and recovery I've ever taken.
