Nature’s Best Perfect
Isopure protein …I have always wanted to try this protein from
Natures Best... I just didn't like some of the flavors they offered in their RTD's. So I did the next best thing... I got the unflavored. All in all it was a good choice. I was able to add some to my Chocolate
Beef Protein from
Olympian Labs because the taste of the
Beef Protein was so strong. I once added it to some OJ and it was surprisingly good. So needless to say… this product is very versatile. Just don't try it with straight water because it's not too good. You definitely need to mix it with something else.
Overall: 9 The supplement facts of this protein tell the story. In a 29g serving you get 26g of protein… that right there makes this protein worth its weight in gold but you gotta keep on reading. 110 calories, 0 fat, 5mg of cholesterol, 0 Carbs and so on makes Nature’s Best one of the, if not the, elite protein powder on the market.
Effectiveness: 10 Every scoop I took of this powder did its job. I gained muscle in the weeks of taking this (albeit with other products:
Kre-Alkalyn,
MyoFusion, OL
Beef Protein,
Arginine,
Beta Alanine) and after each serving I did, for some odd reason, feel full. I felt satisfied…as if I ate a good meal, never felt bloated…I just felt right. I believe this protein is perfect for those who are in a cut phase but bulkers need not hesitate in taking this at all. This is perfect for a post workout with some fast carbs and maybe a scoop of casein or protein blend (Myofusion) and you’re good.
Value: 9 Well, I may be cheap but I’m also a realist. This product is one product that’s worth its price…I mean really worth its price. Taste is a non-issue when it comes to the overall value and effectiveness of Nature’s Best. As stated before, I am not a fan of the Nature’s Best RTD’s that come in the glass bottles. The after taste of these RTD’s are a huge turnoff but once I tried this unflavored powder using a few different methods and mixing it with other proteins made the taste invisible…I actually remember one night I came home with half a Caramel Frappacino from Starbucks and I had missed a meal during the time that I was out. I got home popped the top of the Frappacino and put in a scoop of the Nature’s Best and it was like it was meant to be blended with the Frap…yeah it was good.
Overall one of the best proteins I’ve ever had. From top to bottom you can’t go wrong with Nature’s Best. I didn't rate the taste because as I said...this needs to be mixed with something else. Besides, 110 calories and 26g of protein in a 29g serving??? That’s a very pure and elite protein for the price. Top notch….
