Overall:
Excellent product!! It's cold processed(doesn't denatures proteins), GMO free and it's Delicious!!!(unflavored). Mixes very well.

Effectiveness:
Every time I used it I woke up the next day full of energy. On workout days I take it as post-workout meal and just before bed. On the next day my muscles feel recovered and energized. On non-workout days I take it just before bed and I still woke up very energetic.
It works very well... after finishing the 2lb I was 5lb more muscle. Another thing is that I noticed when I didn't take it on the previous night because I felt less energetic.

Value:
I think is a little expensive but I'm willing to pay it because it is cold processed, microfiltered and GMO free
