MASS in any form, go ahead and take this product. The taste is absolutely amazing and it mixes very well too. It also contains a good mix of
multivitamins and fibre. Good for having as a meal supplement if you are thinking of adding weight. HOWEVER... NOT GOOD for building muscle. I am regretting ever buying this product. Why? I have been trying to reduce my waist size and cut out to my abs. I work out twice every week for an hour and half and make good progress. However, if I use this after workout (1 scoop) and the next morning, all I lose to excercise I gain back on my waist and even more! So I experimented with totally cutting it out of my workout and lost quite a bit of fat. Now I have bought some 100%
whey protein powder by
GNC and mixed it in, so when I have one scoop, it does not come protruding out on my waist within an hour. Has not produced any remarkable effect on my muscle growth. Not buying again anytime soon.
