	Muscle tech is apparently not so well known for its muscle increase, however I found a large increase in the amount of weight + reps i can do while at the gym today. 	Best results from a pre workout pill. Intense energy in the gym along with a full on pump . Added bonus little Heat Shock Protien and tasty flavored pill. 	i took the bottles reccomendation of 3 pills for the first use, given the fact the pills are the size of cinderblocks this should be the max dose. next day i take the full 7 pills which was very hard due to the size of the pills and the amount of water needed to take them down, i had to stop my workout early due to the nauseating feeling of puking my days worth of food up. im very glad i only paid $7 for the bottle at GNC cause i am not even going to both taking this stuff anymore. would not reccomend to anyone who is serious about their training. 	This product normally costs around 70bucks at GNC, i found it on the internet for 21 bucks and figured for that cheap it was worth trying. It is 7 big pills a serving and often times i felt sick to my stomach or would have stomach pains inthe middle of my workouts from this product. It did increase my energy greatly and it did aid in gaining muscle but not worth the bad side effects. Also the science behind this product doesnt add up... to increase HSP's that will help build muscle, they use 400mg of caffeine...but 400mg of caffeine is also proven to increase cortisol in the body which hinderes muscle gains..why would they make a product that counter acts its own efforts? In all, worth 21bucks...maybe..worth anything more than 21bucks..deffinantly not. Pros: Cons: Increased Energy Bad Side Effects Stomach Cramps

Might be able to believe losing 35lbs if this was a fat burner and not a supplement that is supposed to build more muscle. Gonna have to say I have a hard time believing this claim.

plus, i was overweight. i wasn't trying to put on muscle,but now i am.And it doesn't matter if it's from muscletech.the point is that when you take pills that gives you alot of energy, you're bound to lose weight, depending on what your trying to do.

all i was doing for my workouts was walking on my treadmill for an hour everyday,doing situps on my ab lounge,and swimming in my pool. so if you have a hard time believing that,then i don't know what else to say to you,other than that these pills just aren't for you to be taking.

I believe you. Some users on this site are ignorant snobs, who don't know what a REAL WORKOUT is. You can easily loose 35 lbs in 4 months. These people don't know how much you already weigh. They don't know your metabolism, and your body fat percentage, thus don't know your body like you do. If you can't loose 35 lbs in 120 days, how does a boxer loose over 7 lbs in one day, just to make his weight. The people who bashed you on your review are complete DUMBA$$ESS!

BIGD321, thank you,and yes you're right.pills affect people differently,and nobody knows about someone else's body other than the person himself or herself.i don't have any pictures of my rescent self,but i don't want to show anybody any pictures of my rescent self just yet,because now i'm working on adding muscle,and as soon as i start showing muscle, i will get pics of myself just to prove that the pills work perfectly for me.and it would be great if i get the chance to get these pills advertised on Tv commercials,because, well,Tv is my life,and i'm trying to get that hollywood star look. lol

	This is an awsome preworkout, ive bought three bottles and about to purchase another. The only problem ive noticed though is your body definetly gets used to it so its best to use for two months and fall back a month or two afterwards then hit it again. 	I started taking this product because it came in as a trial size with nitrotech hardcore Protein that i had purchased, and the first time I tried it I felt a lot of energy, I threw down the 60 dollars on the bottle thinking it'd help me get the mass I was looking for and the only thing that this product did was give me horrible stomach cramps before every workout, and days with intense cardio, I got so Ill that I would vomit 30 minutes into my workout. dude ur high or sumthin i jus got this product and i took tha full doesage today....it kickd my ass in a good way i only weigh like 160 my max on bench is 260 and i got 270 today....im stackin it wit prototype 216 and Arimatest...it might b jus tha person but i got nuttin but good reviews for this ***....i would recomend this for ne1 tht wants a *** load of energy and like tha bottle says skin rippin fullness

	I thought it worked awsome, i got a huge increse in strenght my bench went from 350 to 375 y squat went from 475 to 525 and me dead lift went from 525 to 575 this prodoct is awsome. The only downfall is that you have to take 7 pills. Pros: Cons: Increased Energy Builds Muscle Good Taste

	This is way overpriced like all MuscleTech supps, but its basically just a caffine pill. It dosnt really do anything else, i did notice a little more focus, but i would just take a PWO drink and you will get the same affects for a much better price Pros: Cons: Good Taste Increased Energy Too Expensive
