way overpriced, had the placebo effect at first but didnt notice any gains or faster recovery. plus there's a lot of pills to take. all you need is a good creatine and a high potentcy protein powder. maybe even a preworkout supplement like NOxplode. dont waste your money- READ REVIEWS FIRST

This was my first time using the stack. I've used Leukic by itself before and gained small gaines but nothing special. The stack was pretty good though I received pretty noticable gains the only thing is its alot of pills to take.
