I am 16 and i am 170 but i want to get up to 180-185 of muscle but keep my speed for next year. I tried creatine 189 with whey isolate and it was good. But my friend tells me cell tech is better. I am on my loading phase for celltech but i hate taking it. It tastes horrible and i feel bloated. But im willing to deal with it. Which one will help me put on more muscle mass then fat, Creatin 189 with whey isolate, or Celltech?
