 Alright, I got 2 lbs of this for $14 so DEAL YO.I stopped using any sort of preworkout for a while and then tried this when it came it. Though it had a really unappealing taste, I was rather a fan of the product. I've been kind of into NO products lately and I felt pretty good going into the gym after taking this. Lifting at night I tend to appreciate that little extra something to keep me awake and I never got fatigued with this. Recomended if you get it for a good price. Not something I would pay top dollar for. Overall: Bad taste, pretty decent effects. I didn't feel full having a shake in my stomach and was ready to lift and in a good mood. Effectiveness: Got the mild set up I expect from only taking an NO product pre-gym. Value: I got a super deal, again not somethinhg I would pay an arm and a leg for.

| Reply #5: | I got damn near a full box of the chocolate at the MRI booth at the Arnold, and it is fantastic. Probably one of the best tasting protein mixes I have ever used. |

 This was the best post workout shake i have ever had, really gives you some energy.my recovery was a bit better too but its so hard to find and so few servings. also the caffine is not my friend and i try to stay away but there was not too much of it here unless you train late in the day i would deff recommend this if you can find it for around 20$

I am on my second container of this stuff. It is best used as a post-workout (as recommended by MRI on their facebook page) and gives you great recovery and for the price ($24 for 18 servings) this is unbeatable. I actually have Hydrowhey and Pro Complex as well but use this instead post-workout. Taste is alright (chocolate), I will be trying the vanilla flavor next but will stick to using this post-workout for a longtime.
