IT the first Pre-Workout that i have ever taken and my body reacted with intensity. I have got to say there was something in N30 That i havent been able to find in other Pre-Workouts. If you find it in Powder all i can say is good luck drikeing that i almost throw up ever time but i was a *** at the time as well. The pills are the best. Insomnia is a common side effect that why it is immportant to no not take this supplement 5 hours befor going to sleep and no eating at least eating 2 hours before.

Great overall product. can be a little pricey depending where you buy. I would normally go with the walmart brand because its a good mix with any Pre work out shake, because it dosnt have stims.. But i ended up taking these on running and abs days because they didnt upseat my stomach and they gave me energy..
They were coated with orange and had no problem swallowing them

I had N30 in a free sample pack when I ordered some other stuff and when I took this product... WOW is all I have to say. I had a great pump throughout the workout and after I was done working out I still felt I had the energy to workout. The taste is BY far the WORST I have ever laid my tastebuds upon. usually I can guzzle any workout drink down but this product was hard to stomach, I ate a half bag of starburst jelly beans just to get the taste out of my mouth. Overall this product WORKS! just dont take it at nite, It kept me up for 27 hours. I was not able to sleep a wink when I took it at 5 PM one night, I didn't feel tired until the next night.

This is by far the best preworkout intensifier I have ever taken. I have used several different brands and most of them worked but nothing tops this one. If your heart is weak you do not need to use this product. It has the worst taste in the world but it is well worth pain of swallowing this drink to get to the explosiveness of this supplement. Great job!!!

I stack these (pill format) with Dymatize Xpand and get a great lift every time. The label says take 4 or 6 for max results, I take 4 and with the Xpand I feel great in the gym, by the end of my lift I'm ready to do it again. Definitely recommended. I wouldn't recommend the powder N30, it tastes awful, the pills work just as well and probably for longer.
