HSP Active and I will say that it has been working wonderfully for me.
Advanced and ever intermediate lifters who depend somewhat on protien shakes to supplement their intake daily know what I mean by one works better than the other.
If you have used a lower quality protien in contrast to a higher quaility one, you can tell the difference. This is the situation with

GNC in the duration with my first 2 boxes, (I've taken high quality protien since and have only noticed increased gains) I can honestly say that I can TELL the difference. Mostly I've prominently seen the rapid rate at which my progess has sped up. taken it 2 hours after my last meal of the day and I've noticed the sweating more during training sessions but not so much the hunger pangs. Not an issue to insure doses, unless you eat late at night. The main Pro with this supplement is A.) It (with proper and timed dosing) will increase your gains (Which it's main focus is. Period.) and B.) You don't have to cycle the product (MRI claims) which means you can achieve optimal protien intake 24/7. The con's: A.) Most lifters/ahletes will not enjoy this product due to lack of physical/mental immediate changes (i.e
Pre-Workouts) B.) Price is high-ish to doses in atleast heavier lifters only a couple week supply if 200 lbs. +.
Overall,
MRI HSP Active is a wonderfully designed product but only if you're truly content on seeing protien content intake becoming maximal. Best part is gains become more and more apparent with extended use. Highly reccomend this product if patience is high and product is affordable.
