best creatine in my opinion. I also work in a hospital and test my creatinine levels. Out of all creatines, this raises mine the highest. I have a constant high level in my blood and notice decreased recovery, soreness and increase in hard lean muscle. Great product. I love MRI but I thing this CE2 and the original NO2 are the only really good ones.

I know that I am not supposed to post questions here, but I really need some help. I bought this product as a recommendation from a friend, but there is something missing in the directions... what do I take on non-workout days? Do I take half the dose? Do I take just regular creatine monohydrate?

ive tried ce2 with NO2 Platinum and black.. and for me the result were not as good as i expected.. i mean,i did gain 12 lbs in the duration of 1 bottle of ce2 and 2 bottles of NO2 .. but the results were not that great.. i didnt gain quality muscle.. i looked bloated (maybe due to water retention) .. can anyone give me the results they got from this stack of meds..

First Creatine product ive used did notice being able to pump out a few more reps also went up on all my lifts, hard to say if its related but helped alot with lactic acid burn and recovery alowing your body to push out those extra reps.

Well what can i say to me this is a average creatine and it was great for the price.. I got this online for $20 and i took this for 45 days which to me was a great deal! I took this product after i cycled off sci fits kre alkalyn which by far was the best creatine i have ever used...Maybe if i would have tried the CE2 first before i took the kre alkalyn I might have enjoyed this product more! Overall this was a average to good product and would suggest this to any beginner who is looking for a decent creatine...



(I also followed the directions like i always do and stacked it with NO2 Black... for those wondering)

One of the best creatines I have ever used! I took it for 45 days (the 180 capsule size). I was on a cut while I used it and made significant strength gains. At the beginning I was 188 lbs and now am down to 182.

Now I think this product is amazing is because I have been stuck at a plateau on bench forever. Yea I have improved all other areas of my body, but for the last 10 months my 1 RM has not been over 205. Taking this on a cut I have finally put up 225! Just imagine If I took it on a bulking cycle!

Also I could pound out maybe 60 pull ups tops in my back exercises, with swinging my legs a bit. now i can do over 100 with ease and can now do the pull ups where you pull your head to the front side of the bar! I also have never done that!

This stands above other products I have used in that 10 months like, Kre-Alkalyn, Creatine monohydrate, and Green MAGnitude. It did not put any water weight on me at all, I can see my abs shadow now when not even flexing them! I have not been able to do that ever before. I feel this has given me the best strength gains in all areas.

This is also convenient in a pill form and I got it off DPS Nutrition for 28 bucks! This is way too expensive if u buy it at GNC or some other place online, but if you get it the way I got it, It will make you happy you did!

All I can say is wow! Definitely not the stuff i had in high school or college. I have been out of the loop for some time and decided to get back into training. This is the second creatine supplement i tried and it is blowing my socks off. No creatine bloat to deal with. Just WOW!

Pretty good creatine product. By far the best capsule form of creatine ive taken. No bloating with this unlike the *** muscletech stuff. Muscles are a little bit denser and i can rep weight out a bit more.

I stack this with NO2 Black. I really liked the NO2 Black but i did not like this much. I didn't notice any real gains, the only thing i noticed was a little extra push in the gym but not at all what i was expecting, i deffenity thought i would gain some good weight, but one good thing was i saw no bad gains either

I love it how other supplements with the exact same ingredients are given a 10/10 yet this gets a lesser review and is the same thing. I have been working out and using supplements for over 8 yrs now. I have had excellent results with this product. All my lifts have gone up and I am completing more sets in less time than before using CE2. My recovery has been amazing, virtually no soreness the 2nd day following HARD workouts. NO Bloating, water weight gain or negatives. Is somewhat expensive, only downfall. My muscles are fuller and bodyweight has even dropped 3% since using. I've used for 35 days so far. Reviews hardly mean anything something can work for one and not another, as well as some train harder and have better nutrition. Just Experiment.
