What to eat with this?

i have two bottles im planning to use but i want to make sure i have the perfect diet for it but i have no clue on what not to eat? what things should i eliminate out of my diet and supplements?
Answer #1:
This product can increase inflammation in the body, which is bad.

Not a fan of this product at all - A. it doesn't work in my experience and B. why anyone would ever purposely increase inflammation is beyond me. Inflammation has pretty much been linked to every disease known to man.

If you decide to take this and not return them, make sure to follow an anti-inflamaatory diet. This is conprised of all whole foods, nothing from a box, a large amount of vegetables and fruits, no or little red meat or crustations (shrimp, etc) and heafty doses of anti-inflammatory oils such as Omega-3's, olive oil. You can Google "anti-inflammatory diet" and learn all about it.

Yes, its a lot of work just to take this supplement.
