Recommended It's hard to judge the effectiveness of protein bars because they're usually not a key staple of a serious supplement program (at least for me).

But anyways, after Quest Bars, I'd say that the 2:1 bars, specifically the Oatmeal and Chocolate Crip flavors are my favorite for lean protein bars. Each bar has 30 grams of protein and the protein blend is solid (whey pi, milk pi, whey pc, and soy pi. The fat content's relatively low and each bar has a bit of fiber (around 5 grams). Total impact carbs around 15 grams.

As far as taste, it's solid and i have no real complaints.

Price: I believe they were about 3 buck a bar (retail) which is not bad for 30 grams of protein but also not great - just reasonable.

Overall, a decent bar and much better imo than most of the protein bars out there.
