
This pancake mix is awesome! I make four silver dollar pancakes for breakfast and they keep me really full. Carbs is a problem for me and this fills the void in my diet while giving me something back. 200 cals, 2.5 fat g, 34 g, 12 g of protein I think ya can't beat and you can add in fruit if you want to change the taste up but it is good all by itself. I do wish it had more fiber at only 3 g but it does have L-
glutamine in there too. I have thought about making them in the morning or making small thin ones to snack on when a craving hits on a bad day. These pancakes have a more vanilla taste and the smell lingers in the house and is yummy. I really can't complain. Nothing is easier to make as you just add water. So it is quick and easy.
