Recommended I have gone through a 2LB. tub of this and found it to be overall useful. It contains 17G of carbs and 50 mcg of B12 giving you a boost of energy and feeling of endurance while you are lifting but without the caffeine rush and following crash. It does contain some caffeine though. It says to take it 10-30 minutes prior to workout, I found about 20 minutes to be perfect so that is very accurate. It also contains buffered creatine and creatine monohydrate as an extra blast on top of the creatine that I am already taking. All in all, I recommend this as a pre-workout drink.

Recommended I'll caveat this review with the fact that this is the first real pre-workout drink that I have used. During my college days, used to take AminoFuel, and a protein bar, to get through my workouts (used to get very light headed). Now, 22 years later, I've gotten back into weight training.

First, regarding taste, I've only tasted the Orange flavor, and I love it. I guess my taste buds must not be to discriminating.

Regarding pump, I definitely notice a pump when I am on it. It's kind of odd. I was pretty dubious when I was heavily sold on it but can definitely tell the difference.

I do notice that it's difficult for me to go to sleep if I workout in the evening. You definitely are wired for a couple hours after the workout. I wouldn't say jittery though, however, I am a coffee drinker so caffeine doesn't affect me like others.

I combine this with the post-workout drink from Max as well (ARM). That is orange as well.

Does tend to get pricey but will continue to take it.

NOT Recommended This stuff is terrible. First of all, attempting to drink this stuff in like finger nails on a chalk board. If you dont chug it, you'll puke. I have used NO xplode, super pump 250 and now decided to try this. I get a better work out if I drink a Monster Energy Drink in the parking lot of the gym. This stuff does not Motivate you to work out, if fact it does the exact opposite. Today was the third time this week that I went to the gym did one set and left because I did not care. I blame it entirely on this product. NO xplode Motivated me beyond belief, and super pump 250 did twice the motivating that NO xplode does.

Now dont get me wrong, I have been using this stuff for approx. three weeks now and it worked in the past, because I could push throught the lack of motivation that this stuff gives you. But after 3 and a half weeks of the same attitude, I have had enough. I am throwing this stuff out and ordering super pump 250.

Great value for the product you get something like, 40 servings for $50. STILL NOT WORTH IT! Each serving, for lack of better term, UNMOTIVATES you.

Recommended This was my first pre-workout experience.

I am always satisfied with Max Muscle products so I decided to give this a try. It's basically the same formula as Cellucor's M5 but with less Kre-Alkalyn.

I don't think you have to work harder to gain muscle with this as previous reviewers have stated. It has more muscle building components than commonly found, Most of the stimulants besides caffeine anhydrous are relatively mild. It does increase your energy, and it's very clean energy as well.

It doesn't last as long as jack3d or any of the other super potent PWO's out there. Although you get about 45 minutes to an hour of bomb-ai energy, with straight amazing focus. This PWO gets you in the zone. I used one scoop the whole time I took it, it come with 36 scoops so this is a nice addition.

The pumps weren't insane, my strength went slightly up during this cycle. What is really did was just make my current workout routine a lot easier/quicker.

They were not any negative sides except feeling kind of faded after the workouts. This only lasted for a few hours. I never got any stomach aches like I did off of other PWOs.

I had the Pink Lemonade flavor which was delicious. FBX has multiple types of creatine. I was also able to take it later at night and still get restful sleep. They make a caffeine free version, that I might be investing in for late night workouts.

Overall, if your not to heavy into stimulants I'd say give this product a try. It builds muscle, increases energy, and is well-priced.

Recommended I just used FBX and its amazing! i mixed 1 scoop with 8 ounces of cold water 30 minutes before lifting and i was pumped just after about 5-10 minutes. im 6 foot 165 only 15 years old. hoping to put on around 10 pounds in the next 2 months. When lifting the pump gets more intense as you go on and doens't go away. i benched 155 pounds last week and only got 4 reps and i got 8 reps this time. i ate lunch a little over 2 hours before i drank it and recieved a trip to the toilet. i seemed a little tired when i did 3 lifts in a row. and remember to pop the lid open when shaking or else it be all over the walls. little pricey but its worth it.(I'v had pink lemonade and orange, and i think orange tastes a lot better)

Recommended All though it is a bit pricey, the product is worth it. It allows you to go to the gym even when you don’t feel like and get an awesome workout. The pump is extreme and gets stronger and stronger as you are in the gym. Meaning it doesn’t wear off like some others. I recommend stacking it with Nitric Ext for max results. I have gained 20lbs of muscle and dropped my body weight from 7.2 to 5.2% body fat in 3 months.

Recommended Max Full Blown extreme is a well rounded pre-wrkout supplement. I like the energy(not too much) and the pumps. i don't think it is the best but definatley a good one. I thought the price was high but the Max Muscle store near me gives 30% military discount so it actually brought it down enough to make it economical for me. Good stuff overall, plus if you don't know what your talking about the Max Muscle folks seem to know thier supps better than alot of the GNC guys. Of course you could just do the research yourself and make you own conclusions on what you do and dont need to add to your supplement regimen.

Recommended Pricey for $56 however a single serving is all you need and you get 36 servings!!! For me that is nearly two entire months worth of PWO for that price. Great energy and focus without the crash that some supps give you. Great pumps during and after. This contains I think 4.25g of creatine so I stacked with a creatine supp with my post and I saw great results. Taste was fine and mixed well in a water bottle. Directions do ask for 30 min prior to workout, I agree that right around 30 it is in full swing but within 10 you start to feel it and can gather more then enough energy if you are already in the gym.

Recommended This supplement is really great. I never really worked out before taking this supplement, but when I take it, it makes me feel like going to the gym. I have been on it for 2 months now and people are impressed with results telling me that I have definitely been getting bigger. This product makes me feel great and the taste is not terrible. Go for orange, its the best flavor. You take 1, 2 scoops of this stuff with some water, definitely not much to drink to get you going.

Recommended I've been using extreme for about 2 months now, what I notice most is my energy, about ten minutes after I take it I'm pumped. The taste is ok, but I don't think it should be a factor. Take this with a weight gainer great combo
