Best pump I have had from a pre-workout bar none. The first time I tried it was during a bicep workout and it felt as if my bis were going to explode. I personally love not having caffine in my pre-workout because I always seem to get a caffine buzz that messes with me.

Price: It was about $42 last time I ordred it and it is a tad expensive. I would say it is worth the money but its not cheap.

This was the first stim-free preworkout I used. While this product is raved to be unique and groundbreaking (probably by Kevin Levrone himself) there is nothing earth-shattering about this. It IS, however, a pretty straightforward and respectable product. Emphasis on NOT being a prop blend. All the ingredients are laid out for you in quite a large font on the container. It uses AKG as its primary pump ingredient, not everyone's cup of tea.

Taste: Full Blown Berry flavor. Despite its murky, cloudy appearance it was shockingly pleasant. Zero chalk/grit/bitterness. Reminded me of the ever-popular "acai" flavor that has taken the food market by Storm in recent years.

Effect: Again, this is stim-free so don't go expecting some strung-out jitter workout. Just a calm workout with a pretty sharp focus. No real energy increase but more of an endurance booster. I've had much better pump from other products which is a disappointment because pump is what this product brags the most about.

Overall: Great tasting, easy to stomach, jitter-free workouts with clean focus. No creatine (great if cycling off) and no crash. A decent product, but I've had better workouts from other products. If you are looking for a no-creatine stim-free preworkout then this is golden for you.
