Hi this one of the few products LGS that i do like. unlike (Frankiemusc) he gave it a bad review and how could you not if your useing stuff like n.o. explode and MRI PWO< which have hi amonts of caffine of course your not gona like it. also if you dont give your body some time to come down from high caffine products of cruse your gona hate it

1 st- the first time i tryed this i was off of Super Pump 250 i didnt like at first this product has no caffine, but i waited about 3 weeks no supplements taking during that time and i gave it a 2nd try, i like it better the 2nd time around

2nd like i said it have no caffine but a little Taurine which is good so people that can have caffine like my sister and mom and ex's this is perfect for them.

3rd - ya the teast is not the best out there and differnt people are gona have mixxs feeling about it some like sweet some like sour, teast wise i give a 7.1

4th mixxing, ok yes like some supplements you mite have to add a lit bit more water to mixxs it well so you dont have chuncks in your drink, also i love mixxing this with jack3d i knoticed alot more of a pump when i mixxs them togther.

5th with an avg price of 22 Dollars and a 60serv it realy not that bad.

6th pumps. i did knoticed a little bit of a pump the 2nd time around but not much, but when i mixed it the 3rd time around i got realy good pumps.

last like i said befor this product is not like Jack3d,superpump250,no explode so dont extep lots of high engery, this is a product intend to be use for those that have no tolernces to caffine, but hey it you can all ways mixxs it in and get a better pump.

would i recommened this product yes i would be use knowing not to extp it to work like m1r,jack

Weighed about 225 when I started and have used PWO's-SP 250, 1MR, NO-Explode and currently taking EST Plasmatic EP(started today)

Purchased this from one of the one day sale until gone, supplement sites. It was a steal, that's why I rated the value high for my experience. This is advertised as mainly a pump product, no caffeine, but some other stimulants.

I started out taking 1 scoop which had zero effect. Ultimately went to 3 scoops within a few days because simply I was not experiencing anything with 1 or 2 scoops, specifically no pump or any energy from the stimulants. Also, was taking this about 1 1/2 after ingesting a 1 scoop protein shake with water in the morning (so not a lot of calories in my stomach by the time I ingested this product) and followed the directions (taken 15 min before workout)

After taking 3 scoops, I experienced the following:

Taste/Mix-I used about 12 oz of water for 3 scoops/was like chugging worse than medicine, not pleasant at all but I got it down. Mixed fine.

Side Effects- Some bloating that wore off after a 10 min cardio session, but no crash frankly bc I got zero energy boost from this product. Product stains white clothing.

Results-I got slightly more than a regular pump, that was it. Nothing even close to good or to write home about. No energy boost either from the stimulants.

Was very disappointed in the product overall. It's possible I was not a responder as it has gotten some decent reviews on bb.com

I will not be buying this product again. I spoke to an LG Rep after my lack of results, and he said the effects are enhanced when stacked with Anadraulic State GT.
