Recommended I have really enjoyed this preworkout. I often work out late at night and it has been one of the few I can take and still be able to go to sleep.

The energy is good and clean, not all cracked out and jittery. I felt like I had some good focus too. Its definently lower on the caffeine but its enough to wake you up.

The thing I liked most about the Vasocor was the pump. I loved training arms on this stuff and I felt like I had some good enedurance. Anything with Glycocarn is good with me as far as a pump goes.

I have done a few tubs of this stuff and I can definently say that grape was my favorite flavor. Not to sweet and it mixed up fine.

Overall a great pre workout. Good electolytes and quality ingredients that makes you have a great workout.

Recommended I wasn't too sure what to expect with this one. I tend to be leary of the Nutrishop products at first, but this one did what was promised.

The product tasted great (I've tried Orange and Grape) and mixed well. On the drive to the gym I noticed myself really getting focused. It put me in that mental zone where I'm concentrating solely on the workout. As far as the actual working out went, I could handle weights I wasn't able to hit with a previous preworkout. Towards the end of my routine, when I thought I wouldn't be able to hit another rep, i felt myself able to overcome the fatigue.

One thing I did notice with this product was the acne on my back. A little over a week into using this I started developing really bad welts on my shoulders and back which I never had a problem with before. I'm currently off the Vasocor and the acne disappeared too. The price is also a tad high, but it really is a solid preworkout.

Recommended I bought this at Nutrishop and it was my first prework. The flavor overall was not to bad. The effects where not as intense as some lead me to believe but over all the product was not bad. I did notice that on cardio days I would get a more intense focus then on my other days. It was not bad when mixed with water no chunks. I would not recommend this because I have tried other preworkouts that I have seen better results.

Recommended Hey everyone, I just finally joined this site after many years of using it to try supplements. I appreciate the fact that everyone takes the time to share their experiences, and figured it was about time that I contributed. Please bear with me, as this is my first review.

Background: I'm a 27 year old med student, not a lot of time to dedicate to bodybuilding but still love lifting. That being said, I've previously tried the following pwo supplements: NO xplode(long time ago), NO Shotgun, jacked, Superpump MAX, and N'sane. Currently been taking Vasocor for a two-week period.
Note: I only agreed to try/buy this product due to the fact that, after finishing my third bottle of N'sane, I had developed quite a tolerance. Here's why I'm glad I picked this up in the interim:

Effectiveness:9/10
It's tough to consider perfection pertaining to a pre-workout; but what do you really want from this type supplement? The fact is that a PWO ALONE is NOT going to be the staple of someone's muscular development-that requires proper nutrition, dedicated exercise, and a lot of rest and recovery. If you think you're going to drink a PWO, hit he gym, then eat McDonalds all day and sit on your couch drinking coke, don't blame the PWO. That being said, this will definitely give you energy-personally, not an insane boost but just far enough ahead of the 'clean energy' feeling so that you feel you need to get in the gym. Also has a good mix of Arginine and Citrulline Malate, both involved in NO production.

Pump: 9/10
To be honest this is as close to a 10 as I can give a supplement. While I loved N'sane, this stuff is MUCH better at giving a good, hard pump. After leaving the gym, my muscles feel dense for most of the day, something I've rarely experienced.

Vascularity:8/10
I stacked this with Hemavol, and I'm leaning toward some of the vascularity coming from that direction. However, this wasn't my first run at Hemavol, and I definitely noticed an increase in vascularity compared to Hemavol with anything else. Keep in mind that NO-directed supplements are intended to induce vasodilation, and this did not disappoint.

Taste:7/10
I use the grape flavor. Nothing incredible, doesn't taste like kool-aid but isn't unbearable. Honestly taste is not only subjective but also irrelevant.

Value:6/10
This is a Nutrishop product, and those don't come cheap. However, I have to admit that of all of the pre-workouts I've tried, this and N'sane are head and shoulders above the rest. I can't sit here and give it higher than the 6 due to the fact that it runs about $50 give or take, but believe me that this isn't the last time I make the investment.

Conclusion: This is a great PWO supplement if you are realistic about the function of a preworkout supplement: get you in the gym and push you through a tough workout. The addition of Kre-alkylyn and citrulline only contribute to that notion. Also, I've yet to experience a crash while on it. My workout is usually around 6am, on an empty stomach, and afterwards I am in class and in a library upwards of 12 hours every day. Also, I have only used one scoop per workout so far (also only used one scoop for N'sane) and still feel just as much vigor as I did the first time I tried it. Good focus. All around great product.

Recommended i have been a big fan of pre workouts i first bought Vasocor and loved the pump in the gym and then next tried NSane and wasnt impressed now i bought Vasocor again and feel like a heavy Nitric Oxide based supplement like Vasocor is the best way to go for preworout. The other plus is great mental focus for muscle concentration the only downfall is the price but this stuff will last you a long time

Recommended I gave this product a 9 overall, I get awesome workout when cycling off muscle merinade. Not really ment to give you a Monster energy rush. I get real good pumps, vascularity when takeing it. I mix BCAA in with it and sweat something horrible. Notice some extra endurance. The biggest down fall for me was the taste ( I got the fruit punch) and second was the price at 60 a jug it can get expensive. Overall felt it is a solid pwo

Maybe Recommended This was my first "pre-workout" so bear with me, as I dont have anything to compare it to. I bought this at a Nutrishop(couldn't find it on line) for about $60, for 50 servings, friut punch flavor. It's more expensive than other PW's, but an extra $15-$20 doesn't seem that bad to me for a product that lasts about a month. I started with one scoop and really did feel a small burst of energy, focus, and pump. After uping it to 2-3 scoops the energy and pumps were very noticable and lasted a good hour. After a month of taking this I did seem to build a tolerance, but overall it did what it said. The bad parts about this product are first, it has a very chemical after taste, and it doesn't dissolve very well, so the last sip has small granules that are very strong. I got very sick of that as time went on. Second, and I'm sure this is the case with many, if not all PW's, I feel like I am somewhat dependent on them now. After hitting the gym with abnormal amounts of energy and focus for a month straight, I'm finding it hard to be completely satisfied with a workout in which I'm not taking a PW. So, keep this in mind if you are deciding to start taking a PW for the first time. I ordered some Assault on bb.com today, so maybe my opinion on Vasocor will change after I finish it, so I'll update.

Recommended I've taken 4 bottles of this stuff, and I will buy again as soon as I'm done with the bottle I have. I have tried N.O.Xplode, SuperPump250, SuperPump Max, Jack3d, 1.M.R., Cellucor M5, Whiteflood, Dorian Yates, and VitaSport Fuzion AKG3. Vasocor gives me a pump like nothing else does, my mental focus is unreal and I get super vascular. I would recommend this to anyone who's serious about having energy in the gym and doesn't mind spending money to do that. I've always bought orange flavor, but I've had the fruit punch. both were pretty good.

I have tried N'Sane, and it also yielded a decent pump, and serious energy, however, Vasocor still was stronger, and gave more mental focus, and much more vascularity.

I've only done one scoop with N'Sane, and I take it as I take any pre-workout supplement, 15-30 minutes before arriving to the gym, first I will do ten minutes of moderate cardio, and then hit the weights. I always have a great amount of energy in the gym!

the most I've ever done was 2 scoops with Vasocor. 1 was always enough for me, even on a full stomach. I used to go at 5am every morning, slam some Vasocor, and was jammin' all the way through my workout, and had loads of energy until noon! And when I take Vasocor I'm always super vascular, on or off, my veins are bulging out. I haven't had that effect with anything besides Vasocor.

Recommended This is one of the best preworkout supps i have used, you get a sollid pump and the energy is great. The only problem is....IT COST UP TO $85 for 50 SERVINGS! Other than that everything else is pretty good, can only be found at a nutrishop.

Flavor is decent. (fruit punch)
