So this is my very first review and I'm surprised there hasn't been one done for this product. I'm only new to the whole supplement world and this was the very first protein that I purchased a full tub of (1.25KG).

Off the bat, I found this product excellent for recovery. I have had lots of other premixed proteins, that can be found in supermarkets like "musashi" etc, however with this protien there was really no soreness the next day.

I honestly love the taste, I have the chocolate flavour, I mix with cold water and could happily sip on it. It mixes very well and has no lingering after taste. It also comes in a few other flavours, Banana, vanilla and Turkish Delight.

A mate has the vanilla and has said it is boring and without cold water not very pleasant.

In summary a great protein for reasonable cost, in Australia it seems the cost of protein is exorbitant compared to other reviews I have read, however I paid $69.95 (AUD) for the tub, which going on other proteins is roughly what you pay anywhere here.
