Recommended yet another protein review guys. this is Infinite Labs take on an isolate protein. I was a little annoyed by the timing of this product cause i bought the concentrated version like one week before this was announced.

taste=8 i got the chocolate flavor and it was ok. a little to artifical taste for me though.

price=8 a little to pricey, around 40 bucks online.

mixability=10 mixes just fine, no extra stuff. in fact i had to put a little less water to make a little thicker.

profile=9 34g serving in which 25g is protein. low in cal's and fat with only 1g of sugar and a decent amino profile makes this pretty decent. but makes me wonder where those few extras grams are coming from.

overall this is a decent isolate protein. but nothing really sets it appart. its average at best with an above average price but i like it so i would recommend it only if you can get this at a sale price. since this is a isolate it didnt give me the "runs" as concentrates do.

also it has 17 gram scoop so for 50g of protein (my normal for post workout) you need 4 scoops. nothing wrong with that its just annoying.

How does this compare to Nature's Best Isopure Zero Carb? (Assuming you've tried that isolate.) I might want to try this, but it appears the Isopure packs more protein per scoop (about 25 grams; 50 grams for two scoops). Depending on how many servings come in the tub of this whey, it does seem to be priced a little lower than Isopure. Even though Isopure has a steep price, it's a great whey isolate. The Infinite Labs whey does sound interesting... might have to try it. Thanks for the review.

well i havent tried isopure yet. but this was a 34g scoop for 25g of protein. which is average. my complaint was it was a small scoop of 17g 2x=34g for 25g of protein

Yes, I see what you're saying... those 9 or so grams must be some sort of filler--or it could be beneficial nutrients. It looks like a good deal. The Isopure No Carb is great, but it's pricey. With the exception of the Dutch Chocolate flavor, it has no carbs (as the name suggests, and has no sugars; is loaded with vitamins and minerals and branched chain amino acids and glutamine. Each serving is 50 grams of protein (however, one serving is two scoops... I only used one scoop at a time). I'll have to check out the Infinite Labs Whey. Thanks!
