This is a very good protein. I have gone through multiple tubs of this and am back on it after trying other brands. It mixes up very well and is very smooth. A few shakes in a shaker cup and your good to go. The taste is alright. and its hard to determine the "effectiveness" of a protein because most proteins seem like they affect me pretty much the same. no proteins ive taken have let me put on masses of muscle so its hard to judge but i feel like i recover better when on this stuff rather than being on a really cheap brand. And if you search around online you should be able to find some pretty good deals. Im a college student so i know about searching around to try and save pennies lol. anyway, i would recommend giving this protein a shot and seeing if its right for you.

I picked this protein up at a very good provate store here in NC. Value was amazing as I got a huge painters bucket for about $44, so the value was definitely worth it. The taste is pretty good for all you people who like good flavor protein although I am only basing this off of the chocolate I had. Despite it says isolate, I found this to be a VERY effective, and cost freindly protein source to use multiple times a day ranging from my "wake up" shake in the AM to the PM before bed shake. One scoop has about 26g of protein so I usually did a 1 scoop and a half to get about 30g and some change. The protein was amzing in the morning giving me the energy and protein I need to start the day and it helped me recover really well when taking it before bed. (I stack it with Glutacor by catalyst) I also built some lean mass as well as burn some fat in the process. Great in between protein that I would recommend to everyone. I bought my second painters bucket and will continue to use it.

Though I might not be an experienced protein user since the only other protein I've used before this is Nitro Tech, this protein is very good especially for the price. I pay $35 for a 5lbs container and I've gained 15 lbs in the last 2 months going from 190 to 205. Its allowed me to increase my workouts by giving me shorter recovery times

Solid isolate product, easy to mix, doesn't upset the stomach, no bloating, etc. I can't really rate a protein powder higher than and 8, simply b/c you will never see a direct result from one powder to the next unless it had creatine, or arginine in it, so this is the best rating I can give. Tastes good also.
