I took this according to directions. The only thing I took with it was whey protein. I did not gain an ounce of muscle nor did I gain strength. Initially I noticed a VERY slight increase in sex Drive, but thats it. I would not rec this at all, big waste of money, and I have lost respect for this brand.

I gave this stuff a go along with Reversitol V2 also by I-force. I used them i conjuction for 4 weeks at the recomended dosage. I have nothing big to report muscle wize from taking this poduct/products. this is unfortunete because i personally like I-Force supplements and have had success with some of there other products.
On the plus side I did not get sick on this stuff or anything and I did notice maybe a small libido increase but it was sertainly nothing to brag about and not worth 30 beans to me.
