ok i have tryied all 5 of high powers flavors on this product and i gota say for the most part they taste ok go with natural or cookies and creem, if you want good taste. but the price you gust cant beat it for 5 pounds its like 24 dollars, and let be honest it works and its cheap i dentley recommend it and bodyspace.com sometimes gives you 10% off coupons so it can be cheaper.


but dont buy the chotloit one it dosnt mix well even with alot of water.

i got 5lb tub of strawberry for 23.99 on BodyBuilding.com its a great value but it tastes like pepto bismol, even Body Fortress tastes alot better

This is my first review and I would have to say it's an okay product. I'm halfway through my second 5 pound tub and I got the strawberry. When mixing with a spoon, there's a good chance you'll get a bunch of clumps, so I usually just mix it in the blender. The taste is okay, but not something I really care too much about. The results are about comparable to Optimum Nutrition whey, but the value just can't be beat. You can get 5 pounds for $30 so there really isn't anything to complain about. For an economy whey, this has to be one of the best out.
