Hey everyone I havent written a review in some time.

For starters the price retail is about 43.99. In my opinion it is way too expensive I believe 29.99 would have been a a better price. However I bought this for aboutthis for about 14 buck which was an exceptional value, they were prices as such because the flavors were not selling.

Flavor: excellent I had the Fruit Punch and Orange. In my opinion they both were the best tasting protein powders I have ever had.

Mixed easily and effortlessly, spoon, fork, blender whatever.

Digestability: easy and light on the stomach. No gas no bloating or any stomach issues at all.

Effectiveness: Great helped me recover between some intense workouts, I was less sore and I did gain some muscle or I felt like I did.

After using this product I was able to pack on some good strong lean muscle pretty quickly. I started to find the weights i normally do a bit easy and went up on most of the exercises i do. It lasted for around 2.5 months for me. Though i only used it 4-5 times week. I felt really bloated every time i used this product. It would be fine if it was after a work out because it is a little bit of a calming feeling, but using it when you didn't work out that day just makes you feel fat. My size is a bit more of a bulky shape and i was trying to shape out my muscles a bit more which i achieved. This was the first supplement I ever used being more of a "all natural" body. I would say this is a great product to start for beginners and a great product for more experienced weight lifters.

tasted great, awesome amount of protein in each serving (28 g per scoop), mixed well, and its isolated! what more could you ask for

I got the vanilla flavor, tastes great....a bit pricey for $30 but works well enough.

Decent results for the price. I got half way through the bottle and started seeing results.
