NOT Recommended Well, i managed to finish 1 tube in like, a week? 3 scoops, 5 servings ONLY. I find it quite pricey though. Anyway, this thing contains too much sugar! And not effective. Not recommended. Try something else like, Serious MASS or Muscle Juice 2600. I'm never buying this product again!

NOT Recommended This is the first supplement I've ever used and I've already gone through 3 tubs. I'm 187cm 60KG, with a full body workout 3 times a week and intense cardio once a week. I've always been skinny despite eating enough for 2 and always the last to finish in buffets. After the 3 tubs, I've gained...absolutely naught.

Using water, it gives 1490 calories and 50g of protein, which I split into 2 servings, 1 between meals and 1 after working out. These figures hold their own compared to other weight gainers in the market, but there's a problem - 102g of sugar! Most brands don't even have 10. Having heard sugar forms fat instead, its not a good sign for lean Muscle Gain. Needing weight, I stuck with it but it didn't come through at all.

Directions call for 3 scoops, which is 3 cups (390g), in 24 fluid ounces of water/milk. I split it into 1 1/2 scoops for each serving. Because I use a 25 fl oz shaker, I had to use 21 fl oz of water which would fill the shaker to the brim. Even at half serving, it would not dissolve completely. At least a centimeter of residue covered the bottom of the shaker no matter how hard I shook. I had the vanilla, and it wasn't half bad, but what wouldn't with 100g of sugar? Yet even after the 2nd tub, it started to get a little sickening, perhaps because it reminded me of drinking ice cream.

Its not all gloom though. It claims to have enzymes to break down protein and carbs for easier absorption. I also noticed a significant increase in muscle growth over not taking the supplement. There weren't any side effects either, unlike what I've read most people describe what other supplements give them such as 'explosive gas'. And, having bought it from a GNC store, it was adorned with discounts all over (2 for S$80). The 4.3lb tub retails for S$68 (US$53). Compared to the popular Mass Tech from Muscle Tech, that's a whopping S$111 (US$87) less than a 5lb tub! I know its way less in the US, but it can't be helped here.

So yes, its cheap, builds muscle but does everything else wrong. After 3 tubs and not a single gram, I have hardly a reason to stay on. I've just bought Mass Tech today which I mentioned earlier and already, it tastes better and mixes excellently, even with lesser water. My two cents worth are quite lengthy I know, and even inexperienced, but I believe I provided the perfect experiment. If it could do what it was supposed to do, it wouldn't need more than 3 tubs, would it?

Doing whole body workouts 3x a week probably sent your already fast metabolism through the Stratosphere. When your trying to gain mass, sometimes less is more in terms of workouts. My bulk workout routine is usually 3 days a week with high weight, as many reps as possible, and only focus on a major body part (leg, chest, back) with a minor (calf, shoulder, arm, etc.) each day. That way I keep the calorie expenditure to a minimum while feeding the beast.

all leg workouts are tough for me its very hard to do deadlifts and squats with hard wear in my spine. i'm starting to add some minor quad and calf stuff to my routine, but i pay for it for two days after.
