Overall: 7 | Effectiveness: 7 | Value: 8
Maybe Recommended the first Triflex product i tried was the chewable form which i didn't have the greatest results with, so i decided to give another form of it a try.

Ingredients:Sodium 160mg, Glucosamine Hydrochloride 1500mg, Chondroitin Sulfate Sodium 1200mg, "Nighttime Joint Comfort Blend" 746mg Valerian Root Extract, Chinese Skullcap Root Extract, Chamomile Flower, Lemon Balm Extract, PAssion Flower, MSM 250mg, Hyaluronic Acid 5mg, Melatonin 3mg.

Dosage: 4 caplets 30-60 minutes prior to bedtime. the caplets a slightly larger than the GNC Brand vitamins if you're familiar with those.

Effectiveness: similar to the chews, but the results were a little better. seemed to help with stiffness and aches in my joints from time to time. i injured my thumb pretty bad back in july(sprain/strain), i didn't notice any improvement in regards to that. it helped somewhat but didn't completely get rid of my symptoms. although as a sleep aid, it did work pretty good, helping me relax and "wind down" to get ready for sleep which i usually have trouble maintaining throughout the night.

Value: i got this marked down at GNC for around $12 for 30 days worth which isn't bad. although i didn't see alot of these of the shelf and none on the website; so my assumption is that it's being discontinued?

Overall: not a bad product, average at best. if you have achy/stiff joints and are looking for some minor relief give this a try. it also helps with sleep as well, which i think helps add to the value of it a little. wasn't blown away by this, but it did help somewhat. i'm 50/50 on if i would buy this in the future.
