Recommended wanted to try some bcaas to add to supplement stack so picked this up at GNC for 20 dollars and just finished the last of it and i am pleased with it

at first it made me feel bloated but later it helped with muscle fatiuge and energy and even was getting stronger and better recovery

taste was not to bad i got the fruit punch flavor and drank it during my workouts with alot of water, still had kinda of a chalky taste

i think supplementing with bcaas is great for gains now and there may be better brands out there and GNC is not very popular but i would buy this again

I tried this product when it was gold card day and buy one get one half off at GNC. Pretty decent stuff. Nothing extraordinary, but decent for the price. I ended up paying under 30 for both.

BCAAS are very important. Very important! There is a big reason why the first two letters mean 'Branch Chain.'

Recommended while I usually try to stay away from GNC products, I picked this up because it was the only unflavored one I could find. First, it has a cement taste and it doesn't mix very well at all, leaves plenty of floaters. However, I def. feel quite a bit stronger at the gym. It helps me pound out those last few reps. I recommend it for it's actions, but get something strong to mix it in.

Recommended I just picked this up about a week ago and love it. I got the unflavored because I didnt want the red 40 and sweetners in the flavored. But this works well I take a scoop and sip on it during my workout and is a great addition to my stack. Normal price is abit high but gold card 20% off and BOGO 50% off made it much cheaper.

I just picked it up this pass weekend, I also like to drink it during my workout but I was thinking, will mixing my glutamine and creatine monohydrate with it be more affective in getting gains or not?
