i'm not sure if i've seen another review written on such an simple product like individual vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients: per serving (1 capsule) - 250mg Monomagnesium Di-L-Aspartate & 250mg Monopotassium Aspartate. very simple, nothing special here.

Effectiveness/Dosage: recommend usage is 1 capsule daily with a meal. the main reason why i bought this is for a while i was getting this random "muscle twitches", i'm sure many others have experienced at some point. some causes of this; just to name a few can be from stress, lack of sleep, muscle fatigue, use of stimulants such as caffeine. while it's not painful, it is EXTREMELY ANNOYING!

i actually did some what of a "loading" phase with this, taking 2 capsules daily with a meal and i did this for about 3-4 weeks. after that time period i reduced it to just 1 capsule daily, every once in a while ill still take 2 if i feel its needed. i can say this did reduce the random muscle twitches drastically, i'll still get them every once in a while but nowhere near as frequent as before. i also noticed when taking this my water balance was better, i wouldn't feel as dehydrated at times and i felt like this helped while on creatine too.

Value: 120 capsules for $12 at GNC with a Gold Card. really not a bad deal, seems to last a while too.

Overall: worked very well for me, probably going to keep this as one of the staples in my supplement stacks. has a few different benefits to it; simple, effective and affordable.
