These vitamins are awesome !! I work the evening shift and in the last four months I've tried a number of brands to solve the energy drops I would have. I workout about 2-3 hours a day before going off to work, that's a workout consisting of an hour session with a personal trainer, then I go and pump some iron, cardio along with an ab routine. At times, I'd be so tired driving to work or at work that it left me scrambling for a red bull. I no longer have that problem. Energy is no longer an issue, no drops at all. Before this I used mega men multivitamin just one pill before I'd workout, it obviously would be depleted by the end of my workout. Like i said, that's no longer the issue with extreme athlete vitapaks. I've also heard.. the green pee stories.. not entirely true.. well I wouldn't say green.. more like clear bright yellow. I drink about a gallon to two gallons of water per day.. or at least I try to. Just make sure you drink a lot of water to flush out any toxins. I think it taste fine, you're swallowing it not chewing it. Overall.. these vitamins are awesome. If you're training for an extended period of time with multiple workouts per day, this is the product for you. I know it works, cause I've tried other brands (mens one a day, Centrum, mega men sport (one pill) and they couldn't supply my body with the needed nutrients or energy that my workouts demanded. If you step up your game, step up the nutrients too. For most, I think mega men sport vitapaks are probably sufficient for regular exercise. Just be mindful of the signs your body is giving you and address them to solve the issue rather than ignoring them.. always do your research and be safe.

Ive been using this multi vitamine for around 2 and a half months everyday. It tasted pretty strange but it was great taste you kinda had to get used to it, kinda like vanilla. It was amazing. i think its a great multivitamin for all ages and experence levels and when i was taking it, it made a big difference in my workout giving me move energy, stamina, ect. although when i peed it was a glowing green color. The only con i wanted to get out there is the price, at 70 a box, its kind ridiculous,.

Ive been using this multi for about six month daily. first let me start with taste. it has a wierd taste to the pills but i liked it, made the, easier to swallow. Effectiveness, id say you definatly notice it when taking it, i took off for a few weeks to see if there was a difference and there was. the biggest thing is the thermogenic in it, while not much, when taken at 6 am, helps wake you up. i had increaded energy which i can directly attribute to this be cause there was a time when this was all i took. the down fall is the price, at 70 beans a box, its way outragous. i get it when they do the buy one get one 1/2 but still, even that makes my wallet cry. over all, i think its a good base multivitamin for all ages and experence levels.
